Can these tires fit on lifted golf cart?

They fit standard axle so they should. Might look a little funny. Usually they use larger whels and tires on lifted carts

What does the tread look like?

This is an excellent set of tires and rims. I shopped every where in my area, and could not afford much but the rubber has great treads, I had to take my cart in for some wiring and the repairman said they were a great buy. I would buy again for sure.
