The Ski Tip Connector

Q: Is this easy to install and remove for getting on and off the chair?

It's pretty easy to remove and getting it back on again. I normally use it when teaching on a magic carpet.

Q: is this product durable or have any warrenty? I bought mine last year and it just broke the third time we used it.

Not sure about warranty. I have it since last winter season and it works ok for me. I'm a kids instructor and use it from time to time.

Q: Can you use this on rental skis or does it damage the skis?

Every pair of rental skis we've ever used has had Edgie Wedgie type marks under the tip. Marks in this area are unimportant to the performance of the ski. (Ski bases with minor damage are also not terribly difficult to repair. Shops around here generally charge $5 per inch for P-Tex fills.) Minimize the damage by pushing your kid through the lift line rather than letting them "shuffle".
