1 of 2 Didn't think much of this as you can just go and get a test done at your local spot. However to be able to be at home and at your own discretion take a test and send it off is actually quite fantastic. Test was all too easy to take with guided instructions and sending it off was also quite easy and discreet. Getting your result is a breeze and doesn't take as long as they said it would. I have a few others from the same brand. Great product.

I’m very impressed with this kit and I feel that this kit will make doing these types of tests a lot easier for a lot of different people. I like that it’s very confidential and private and also that the test is very accurate. I feel it gives a complete service from start to finish and a high-quality one at that. The kit is easy to use it’s easy to follow the instructions and it’s easy to put together ready to return it. I like that it has the app included and that the app is easy to use and navigate. The after service I feel with this kit is exceptional and much better than anything you would get from the GP. I think the value for money and the peace of mind that it gives is absolutely superb and I highly recommend this kit. It was easy for me to do and I’m happy with the results. The whole process from start to finish was easy and smooth. It’s definitely a new way to do these types of tests and I cannot recommend it enough! The best part is that I can do this in the privacy and comfort of my own home without having to go through an appointment.

I have reviewed several tests recently, including urine, and none were this complicated.The package arrived very discreetly wrapped, there is no indication on the box or anything actually inside the package what you are testing for. So, anyone else opening the pack is not going to find out. You could be getting checked out for anything.Registering is reasonably straightforward though the dropdown menus for the country code are as illogical as the Ryanair website.Taking the sample is also straightforward. However, when attempting to put the tube of sample into the small envelope, the diagram shows the flap peeled off and that’s what I did – only to find the tube stuck totally fast to the flap and only half way in.To return, you are supposed to enter the UPS code to have the box collected, which I thought too good to be true and of course was, because the UPS website asked for all kinds of information I couldn’t find and wouldn’t recognise the tracking code. So I had to find a place that would take it and make a special journey to drop the sample off.And what about the three identical documents in the clear flap on the outside of the dispatch box? What am I supposed to do with them? Take them out? They can fall out! Do I seal them in? Do I keep one? No idea. In the end I rang the helpline and was told they were customs forms and to return all three and not to seal them in.I sent the box on a Monday (the shop sealed the documents in themselves!!) - I had confirmation by text (actually 3 identical texts) that it had been received the next day, as well as saying “you may get a call from our nursing team to guide you through your results and next steps” which for some may have been rather unnerving.By the Wednesday I had an email that the results were ready, an impressively quick result.I am asked to feedback on accuracy of the tests which is impossible, but I have no reason to doubt them.

As much as I respect what is being done here this scheme seems fundamentally flawed…Everything is relatively easy from setting up a profile on the app to the actual execution and convenience of having the necessities inclusive (such as pre-paid return envelope).I love the assurance of privacy and how “clean” and bright the user interface is on the app. I especially love the real time activity and progress report…But this is where it all unravels unfortunately as this product is actually being handled by a third party who don’t seem to share the precedence of the people behind this product. Over 100 hours has passed and counting as to my sample sitting in a warehouse with no sense of urgency. What condition has it been kept in? Do the haulers even care? How essential is it to have a 24 hour window for such specimens?This could all be a fantastic product and service but it would need the correct backing.

This pack arrives in a white bag with a small Lets Get Checked sticker on the side. The pack looks and feels well put together and it’s contents are relatively self explanatory. Instructions are easy to follow via the app. This app, although simple to navigate and cleanly set out, asks for a lot of personal data which I feel you shouldn’t have to disclose with a paid service. Especially given the nature of this test, discretion is of the upmost importance. Results are quick and which is appreciated in the age of next day delivery and collection can be easily arranged. Pricey test kit for a free service with the NHS but I can imagine there are benefits for certain people to go down this route, if money is no object.

STI tests are becoming much more difficult to obtain these days. Obviously if you can get one on the NHS at a convenient location, you might as well save the money, but that is getting less likely even in London.I am impressed with this company. The kit is well designed, and the overall service is excellent.You should be aware that it will take a bit of time studying the various bits and working out what to do and registering online, and completing a fairly detailed questionnaire. Some people may not like this, but frankly if you want accurate information about your health you will help yourself if you help them by giving as much information as you can. The instructions are clear and comprehensive, including such things as advising you how long you can wait between taking the sample and posting it, and which days to avoid.Overall I would recommend this company and checking out the range of tests they offer.
