I feel far less tired after long rides since I’ve been using Roctane. Can’t recommend it too highly. It’s got 250 calories, which is the same as a Cliff Bar, BCAA’s, caffeine, and of course electrolytes. Summit Tea flavor doesn’t have that fruity taste that I don’t care for at all.

I wanted to try Gu roctane but didn't want to buy it the gels. I bought this powder form and I use it before my run. The big box is very good value for money. Honestly I cannot tell the difference between Gu and Gu roctane but maybe there is a difference. The energy levels are usually high 20 minutes after drinking it. Love the Gu brand in general

I've used nearly every brand of energy gels and powder and this is the first time my stomach got irritated every time I drink it. Could just be me, but not likely since i drink other flavors of the same brand and it doesn't happen.
