Will test in rough mud tomorrow and will update in a few days.Edit 1: Good first impressions.*The ride is fun and the 10 inch air cushioned wheels make it smooth over little rocks. The battery seems to last long enough to be near what is advertised, and the power is fine to go up and down the little ramp things at side walks quite smoothly.*Minor issues: The indicator lights are not symmetric. Half of the front indicator is battery indicator and half is the systems indicator... unusual but ok I guess... at first I thought it was a defect. However, these lights are so dim that they are not visible under the sun. That is a problem. And I can't find anywhere what the recommended air pressure for the tire is. Probably 30-35 PSI.

Are theses hoverboard beings tested after build because this model is unsafe for any age youngsters or adults it's a wonder anyone haven't sued this company yet for a bad injury this model need to be stop alright no quick movements or that's a injury believe that sincerely (WILL)

Great Hoverboard. My grandkids will get it Christmas. That’s the important part. It would not have been good if my grandkids did not get their gift.the gift was supposed to get here 12/30 and it actually got here 2 days before Christmas.

I wanna give this seller five stars feedback. They customer service is nice when I had questions to asked them , they responded right away. And the Hover is very cool and function very well. I’d purchase it again in the future.

Product arrived damaged. When we opened it broken off plastic pieces fell out of the box. After charging the hoverboard up it didn’t work AT ALL! It ruined my daughters Christmas. There is no way to contact the company directly so amazon refunded us the money.

My granddaughter loves the hover board. Problem: after one week the charger stopped working. I have contacted the seller twice using the Amazon link and it’s been 2-3 weeks now since my first communication with the seller and have heard nothing back. I was asked by Amazon if I’d like to return the hover board for a full refund. For a charger??? No thank you!

It's a little hard to keep balance but my daughter absolutely loves it.

The media could not be loaded.  I absolutely love this hoverboard! This is my first time having my own hoverboard, and I want to let you know that there is a small learning curve. It takes a little bit of time to trust the hoverboard that it will hold you straight up and not flip you straight down. Everything in you tells you that you going to fall straight down on your face, but you don't. The two 500w motors keep the board balanced so you don't fall forward, but there is a trust factor and that' where the learning curve comes in. This hoverboard has a very strong build and the board's self-balancing is amazing. It has two 500w motors, which can counter balance you without any problems. Because of these two strong motors and 10" tires this is an all terrain hoverboard, which is able to handle uneven surfaces, gravel , pavement, and supports heavier riders. It includes great directions to help you get started on riding this hoverboard. They give great tips for starting, as well as just riding in general. There are times when a sensor alarm will go off, the board is letting you know that it needs to be recalibrated. So what you need to do is step off, line it up straight, and then step back on it evenly. The fit and finish on this board is perfect, and I'm here to tell you that hoverboards aren't just for teenagers anymore! It has a weight limit of 265 pounds, and the 10" tires make it easy to roll over most of the road, except for deep holes. Like I said, this is my first time with a hoverboard and it will take a little while for me to learn how to go over the all terrain! The wheels are air cushioned so it makes the ride very nice. The psi for the tire is on the inside of the tire and it is 35 psi. The blue metallic color glistens in the sun, the blue tooth speaker is loud enough to hear music but it's not obnoxious. It was also very easy to sync the hoverboard with my phone so that I could listen to my music. You can go up to 8 miles per charge, and you can do an incline of 15 degrees. The platform and frame is commercial grade and heavy duty, the anti slip footpads are really nice and help you to not slip off. The lights are super bright at night, and just noticeable during the day in the bright sunlight. The learning curve is actually fun and every day you get better. I own an electric scooter, which has one 450w motor in it so I am simply amazed that this hoverboard gives you two 500w motors. This is an exceptional value, and a hoverboard that is the absolute nicest that I have ever seen. Quite a few years ago there were many cheap versions of hoverboards that had lots of problems with their batteries. For those of you who with concerns, that issue has been taken care of many years ago with regulations and advancements. Similar hoverboards with the 10" air filled tires and two 500w motors can range from $800-$1000, so this is a phenomenal deal! I really love this board and am so glad that I got it. This hoverboard is easier for people with very good balance.
