What a great enhancement to my master bath remodel. Very good looking, high quality, all metal, easy and intuitive installation. No additional tools required other than the wrench that was provided. Plenty of teflon tape too. They also include extra rubber washers, screens, flow control attachments, and some extra waterfall nipples. I would highly recommend this product.

I was so hesitant to get this shower head because of the low price point and mixed reviews. BUT I’m so glad I took the chance on it instead of spending twice the amount for the same product in a different brand. This is truly an amazing shower head at a great price point. It has taken my old boring shower and made it feel spa like. The water pressure is honestly phenomenal in both the waterfall head and the hand held part. Much much better than I expected and so simple to install. I’m so pleased with this item! If you’re thinking about getting one, don’t hesitate! Buy it!

I must say I’m very impressed with this shower head. Quality is great, made from some time of metal and not the cheap plastic ones you buy at hardware stores.. Installing it was a breeze and comes with everything you need to the job.. The best thing is they give you extra parts for the future in case you will ever need it from wear and tear.. Me and my wife love this shower head and it’s a must have if your looking for one ..

So far it works perfect . So much better than what I expected. Easy to install lots of extra spare parts were included. Directions a little confusing but it was easy to figure out what piece attached to each pipe. The pressure is better than what I had and all the settings on the wand are a bonus.

Came with all of the parts. Easy to instally. Rain feature is nice. The neck holder (for the hand spray) is made of plastic and not really of a very high quality so we are extra careful when we move the hand sprayer. Disappointed in that part of the item. When it's time to replace this one I will definitely look for a stronger material that holds the hand sprayer.

I'll keep it simple. A shower head this nice will easily cost you 3x as much at a big box store. Nicely made, quality materials. Excellent flow and pressure. One of my better purchases.

WHAT... I bought this particular 12" for two reasons... 1) It came with FILTERS; and, 2) It was TALL enough, and WIDE enough, to give my 6', 240-lb. husband the COVERAGE he's been so longing for in a Shower.HOW... Installation was fairly easy for him; took about 20-minutes. We put off taking a shower right away as the Instructions say to wait 24-hours to give the Adhesive Backing, for the Wand Assembly, time to really adhere properly to the wall of the shower.WHY... Filters were absolutely necessary, for any purchase, as our home sits on 3-acres of ranch land... hence, WELL-WATER. UGH.THE OUTCOME... OMG! My husband took a shower first. I could hear him ooohing and aaahing while in. Once out, he said 'MAGNIFICIENT, SUBLIME, I DIDN'T WANT TO GET OUT!' The Water Pressure was perfect, the Coverage was perfect, the Experience was perfect. He swore to me that never again will we be without this LARGE Rainfall Showerhead. And he didn't even try the Wand apparatus! LOLTHE OUTCOME... My turn was just as delicious; however, for different reasons. Due to medical reasons, I have to SIT-DOWN on a Shower Chair. So, the Rainfall Showerhead is too much for me as I can't step in-and-out of the water. WAND to the rescue! We measured it the day before, as I sat on the chair, and placed the Wand accordingly, spraying me just under my neck. The various Spray Settings allowed me to wash all over and then luxuriate (LOVE the MIST Spray feature!)CONCLUSION... While the Rainfall, and various Spray Settings of the Wand, gave us a shower to end-all-showers, the absolute Cherry-On-Top was the FILTRATION. No longer did my EYES burn from the Chlorine. No longer did my SKIN feel dry & itchy. No longer did my HAIR feel dry and 'fly-away' after blow-drying. I cannot recommend this HIBBENT 12" FILTERED RAINFALL SHOWER highly enough. Whoever thought taking a shower could be heavenly? With this apparatus, it most certainly is!

I just took a shower after installing this, and it's great. The handheld wand is solid, spray power is good, and it doesn't feel like it will fall apart. The shower head delivers a good stream of water.For installation, the only tricky part was pipe that the shower head hands from. I had to use a wrench to turn the wing nut tight enough while holding the pipe at the desired angle and held in where the teeth meshed with the splitter valve. A second pair of hands would help that part. Otherwise, it went smoothly.I would recommend this one as worth looking at if your buying a new faucet but don't want to spend a lot of cash.

Rarely motivated to give reviews but the last 3 weeks I've went through numerous showerheads. I had to return a bunch via Amazon because the diverters would be faulty from OEM or the whole thing was unbalanced/loose due to design.However, this item sold me a try because the initial product picture compares this model with the EXACT ones I bought and returned. So I bought this one - initial impression = build quality is very nice (SUS304), shiny, and the pieces are stable.The instructions were very well written out, specifically asking for 12 layers of tape to prevent leakage from the diverter once installed. The holder works great and includes screws for a wall mount option. All in all, would buy this for ALL my washrooms in the near future. Am satisfied!!

Absolutely love this shower head combo and it’s a good price! Great water pressure and not too hard to install. Not giving it 5 stars cause it would be nice if the holder for the handheld shower head attached to the wall via suction instead of adhesive. If you mess up the placement, you can’t undo it.

All metal, well made and checks out with feedback provided by others. The metal parts have a brilliant shine and it looks, feels, and operates like a high-quality product. Things that you should take into account: The fully assembled weight, your home water pressure, and the clearance height.Being solid metal, this is going to add considerable weight to your shower arm which is designed for a shower head pointing down at the same angle. Attaching this fixture will have the effect of applying enormous leverage to the shower arm, something your existing plumbing wasn’t designed for.If you are getting the 12” square shower head, the water pressure will be low as the water gets dispersed over a wide area. That said, it does have the rainfall effect due to simple gravity. Water consumption will be higher if you are going from a simple low flow shower to this. Your water is essentially coming out unrestricted like your garden hose without the spray attachment. Although the unit comes with one flow restrictor, if used, it will likely conserve water but may further reduce the pressure.Finally, the clearance. If you have a shower stall with a door that swings in, it could interfere with this shower depending on where everything lines up. If you have to raise the arm to make room for the shower door, that will take the shower closer to the wall because you can only move it back. Most people want to be somewhere in the middle and not up close against the wall.This is still a five-star product based on the quality and operation. However, the product is designed as a retrofit, and Its functionality will depend on your individual setup. Hope you find this review useful.
