Great product

I painted my kitchen cabinets and replaced the knobs/pulls. But the old hinges did not match the new knobs/pulls. I used Rub and Buff to transform my dull ugly hinges to a nice brass that matches my new hardware. Easy, money saving and perfect for metal! I highly recommend this product. I now want to buy the other metal finishes for more projects.

I had a silver anthropology mirror and wanted a more gold look so I bought this and it works amazing. It gives a rustic look and dries quickly. It does have a chemical smell but it goes away. It’s a small tube but a little bit goes a long way

I used this on a pre-painted wooden picture frame and found that the application took some trial and error. It worked best for me when applied with a firm bristle brush in circular motions. Other methods like finger or sponge application didn’t give consistent results.I also learned that letting each layer sit for a while before reapplying helped avoid lifting. It took some patience, but the final result was nice. I’d recommend testing your technique on a small area first before moving on to a larger or more visible piece.

I was disappointed when I opened the package and saw how small the tube was until I tried it. I am AMAZED how so little goes so far. It’s much better than spray painting some things. I did my wooden desk legs with just a couple of drops . Goes on easy

Always a winner

This works well and dries quickly, but for the size it’s kind of expensive in my opinion. It doesn’t take a lot to cover a wide surface, and it smears easily with a rag if you don’t have a paint brush. It does waste some of the product if you use a rag because it absorbs into the rag, not the brush.It’s about $6 at hobby lobby. I had already opened this tube from Amazon or I would have returned it and bought the cheaper one.

Doesn’t work on all surfaces but it works fantastic on metal! Didn’t work on a picture frame :(
