Not working for me
I really wanted to like this product, unfortunately did nothing for my pain. I will be returning it. Also did not care for the fact you have to plug it in to work, which means you need to sit or lay by an outlet. The picture is misleading as you assume you could walk around.

Hard to tell
I don't have chronic pain, but I got this to use on my belly for gut/lymphatic issues. I don't use it as consistently as I should, but my bowels do seem to work a bit better when I do. It's hard to tell, and I'm not sure it works that way every time. I'm a believer in red light therapy, though, so I'll keep at it.I like the size and design of this belt, although I wish it came with a smaller strap option - this one almost overlaps when I wrap it around my waist. I also didn't realize when I ordered it that it wasn't battery operated, so you have to park yourself near an outlet for the duration of your session (the cord is pretty short, too). I wish there was an option for longer than 10 minutes, but that's what you get; there's also no on/off button, other than just unplugging the cord.So - this thing has pros and cons. I probably wouldn't order it again, but I'll keep at it and see if I see better results over time.

This Red Light Therapy (RLT) panel is much, much easier to use than the cumbersome lamps …
Red Light Therapy (RLT) is, of course, one of those controversial treatments out there. Some say it really works, while others dispute any and all beneficial results. I’m rather a fence sitter on this issue, but regardless, anyone using this wrap or a light should do so under medical advice. That being said, this is a very good quality red light phototherapy panel. It’s infinitely easier to set up and use than any of the lighting systems I’ve had. With the stationary lights, it’s sometimes difficult to get a steady, directed light. This light therapy panel, on the other hand, can be placed directly on or wrapped around an afflicted area. It can simply be placed or attached via the included padded strap, which is a very high-quality one. There’s no sweat absorbing cloth for the mat so you’ll have to provide your own, depending on what part of the body you use the panel. It can be used by simply holding it over an afflicted area or wrapped. What makes this one easy to use, as mentioned, is the fact that it’s a wrap-style system. There is a proprietary 59” adapter cord. There aren’t any settings with this one, unlike the more expensive versions. There’s more technical information included with this panel than some others. The user manual is thick with a lot of useful, comprehensive information. This RLT therapy light panel doesn’t have different wavelength values. If you need them, including pulse, take a pass. After using the wrap, I could possibly store the entire setup in the box, if I so chose. This equipment is quite good, but once again, I’m uncertain about the therapy. This particular panel is decent quality, but somewhat limited in comparison to other wraps and lamps. The price is very reasonable at under $50.SPECS:Light Type: LED Diodes, 100 PiecesLight Wavelength: 660 nm – 660nmMaximum Output Power per Diode: 10 – 15mW/cm²Working Time: 10 Minutes (Auto-Off after 10 Minutes)CERTIFICATIONS:None listed.

Adequate 3.5 rating
I enjoyed the warm heat of this Red Light Therapy Panel. I felt an improvement with the surface muscle pain but after two 10 minute sessions, it did not feel like it penetrated or helped my deep tissue (muscular) or joint pain. The Red Light Therapy Panel was comfortable, easy to operate, light weight and adjustable but there is room for improvement. I wish this red light provided relief deeper into the muscles and the plastic white panel was less rigid. This therapy panel could also benefit from an on/off power switch, a longer electrical cord, and the option to use with a USB outlet.Overall, this product provided some relief. I’m hoping after several additional sessions that this product continually improves my lower back pain. If it does get better with time, I’ll update and upgrade my review.
