I've been using this for a month now. So far, it's been holding up! The are many pockets and little compartments. I just hate that the straps are so long. The straps are a little hard to adjust too. I always have to tie to extra long strap so it wont be hanging but it always come undone.

I work for an event planner and use this onsite. It has plenty of space for items like scissors, electrical tape, paper clips, keys, etc. plus it holds my personal items so I don't have to keep track of a purse. For one event I even clipped a walkie talkie/radio in the velcro loop and it stayed put all day. This is great to keep my hands free while having all essential items with me!

Not a nurse but we use pouches. Man this one is NICE! Big enough to hold everything i need and still room. Best feature is the strap. It stays where i put it to fit my waist.
