Dangerous product - Be Careful!
As someone who has suffered from IBS - C and gluten intolerance for many years I was dying to find a product which might help long term so I can ditch the laxatives forever. I was researching fibre supplements when I saw this product come up, I got very excited reading all the reviews as it seemed to help so many people with problems just like myself.Having not gone to the bathroom for a week I took a full dose at night on day 1 and did go to the bathroom straight away in the morning. Same thing happened on day 2 but I did feel a bit out of it and dizzy, so I lowered my dose to half a cup on night 3 and since then all hell has broken loose.I had a fizzy feeling in my throat and mouth all the next day so decided to stop immediately as this signalled an allergic reaction. It’s been 8 days since my last dose and my stomach will not stop loudly gurgling, it goes mental every time I eat or drink anything and then my whole lower abdomen starts up with cramping for the rest of the day. My abdomen is very tender and swollen and not getting better - not in a bloated gassy way but it feels like the lining is inflamed all the way down. My lower back aches at night time so I can’t get to sleep and the whole ordeal has given me the worst anxiety now. I’m going to see my GP later today for an examination but they’ve said they can’t really help or advise as they don’t know this product or have knowledge about the ingredient and I need to find myself a holistic doctor. It does in fact work to make you go to the bathroom - I cannot stop going now to the point that I miss my constipation. God knows what is in this product, it is not natural and the recommendation of 1 cup a day is dangerous, I just want this all to end and go back to feeling normal!

Excellent product. Very keto friendly. It works.
This is my favorite dietary fiber supplement of several I've tried. It is carb free and very keto friendly. One of the largest drawbacks of a keto diet (which is an amazing diet) is a lack of fiber for most dieters.Pros: It works. You will become more regular. No bloating. Almost no taste. Licking the dry powder tastes very slightly sweet but I can't taste it dissolved. It does dissolve very well in a shake or just water. It does feed good bacteria. Small dose, compact container and small scoop. The small scoop (one dose) is a plus if pouring this into a store bought protein shake with a narrow opening. This is a carb neutral fiber for keto practitioners. Eat right after a meal to bind with food. Soluble fiber naturally lowers cholesterol by binding to what you have eaten or removing excess bile which our liver makes out of cholesterol. So this is much healthier than just going to the bathroom more regularly.Meh: If you try to replace more than half your fiber with this (3 scoops a day+) you will notice an uptick in gas, but that is normal of any fiber. It is also how you know your gut bacteria are digesting it which is a good thing. For certain diet needs you may want non-soluble dietary fiber which is a more bulk forming kind but usually you are drinking sandy water if you need fiber that badly.Cons: I don't really have anything big here to say. I wish it was cheaper but all fiber is rather expensive if you are using it often considering it is just roughage. Don't replace too much natural roughage with this as this is not an excuse not to eat veggies, but this will make up for any fiber deficiency in your body. Give it a few days try and you will notice results. If it does clump you just need to learn how to stir it in differently or shake clumps aggressively to dissolve them. I only have this problem adding it to vitamin water for some reason. I drink a third of the drink then I have room to shake violently what is left in the bottle. Works fine.

An true relief
During three weeks in the hospital with "Complicated Diverticulitis" (a hole in my colon which formed an abscess), I was put on a diet with almost no fiber so my colon would have a chance to heal without working hard. After I was released from the hospital, I had to stay on that low fiber diet until healing had gotten far enough along, and I was told to increase fiber because I need to avoid constipation as the main way to avoid a repeat of that experience. My history with fiber has been that it constipates me, so I can't say I was encouraged. The doctor suggested I try a powdered fiber supplement to help me, which was scary. Thus, the search began. I realized the supplements I'd taken in the past had all contained psyllium, so I went looking for a different kind of fiber supplement, which is when I stumbled across GoBiotix Fiber Boost on Amazon. There were enough reviews on it to give me the idea: there's no psyllium in it, It's tasteless, it dissolves in liquids, and it's a good idea to start gradually. I decided to give it a try. I began with half a scoop (which is provided in the bottle) twice a day to get 5g towards my goal of 21g/day (the rest from fruits and veggies ... a baked apple has 5g of fiber!). After nearly two weeks, I'd gradually increased the dose to a full scoop, twice a day (one in my morning coffee and the other in a bottle of water I drink each afternoon). Well ...I had no idea I was so full of _ _ _ _ ! Once I reached the two scoop mark, my whole digestive track worked all day long, with no pain or stress. I also didn't experience any gas or bloating. Instead, I just added this stuff to my routine daily drinks, and got a good "cleaning out", as well as an increase in my energy. I'm sold: This stuff really works.

Helped Bloating feeling!
I have tried multiple items. Fiber gummies, vitamins, etc. I took this for the first month and noticed the following: Less bloated feeling in my stomach but does produce gassy symptoms! After a few weeks I started having a little more regular bowel movements. Overall, I felt like I lost a few pounds but reducing carbs and processed foods also helped that. I am going for month 2. Has NO taste. I feel it is more effective by using in about 6oz of water and drinking it in one sitting. It makes the water a little thicker consistency but it seemed to help when I drank it faster than sipped on it with coffee/tea, etc. Hope this helps. I do believe it is worth trying but I do hate paying almost $30 a month...but again I do believe I feel better overall!

Tastes different than the Singles
I don't know if the batches are different for the singles but I prefer them over the container. The singles have no taste so they are easy to just mix with water and drink with no issue. The contents of the container make it a bit unmanageable to me. I have to make sure I'm eating in order to finish it. I might go back to buying the single servings instead but the price difference could prevent that.
