The mug of Cornell University arrived today. It is absolutely splendid! My 92 year old father-in-law is an engineering graduate. Unfortunately, he could make the trek to attend a reunion this past year. He has shared many fond memories of the campus and surrounding areas. To compensate, we bought several memorabilia of the school for Christmas. Then, I happened to stumble upon this mug and hoped it would look as good as the picture. Well, it is even better! I know this will be his favorite gift. I know I will be ordering another one in the future as this mug will probably be on display. One of the most unique gifts I have purchased from Amazon.Post-Christmas update: Father-in-law loved it. Could name various places on the mug, so it's accurate. Said it was his favorite gift. May have to buy an additional mug as this one is going on his mantel!

Purchased this as a Christmas gift for my daughter who graduated from Cornell. She really loved it!
