I really like this mat. I know it must have some effect because my office generates a lot of static and this mat gives me a mini shock when I tough it. I also notice that my wired headphones used to make popping noticed and when I ground myself to the mat that is no longer an issue. I can't speak to the health benefits because I simply don't notice anything huge. I did test the mat with a multimeter and I was satisfied with the results but since there is impedance built into the mat I placed more value on my experiences with the mat rather than the multimeter values. However, I have also been on a crusade to eat completely clean and it has greatly reduced my inflammation. I will say I am able to stand at my desk for far longer than I used to be able to . My feet hurt less. My ears don't have tat muffled need-to-pop feeling and I have fewer eye strain headaches.

This does not fit a UK plug socket, nor does it say anywhere what adapter to use to connect it to a Uk plug socket. It’s not possible to contact the seller, so I can’t use it.

Bought it for my wife for her office - she's happy !

Used this on my computer desktop under keyboard. Its keeping me from breaking keyboards and mice with static shocks. Just have to be sure to touch the pad before the keyboard or mouse. One negative is my KONE optical mouse does not work on this surface and required a separate pad.
