Picked one of these up for my girlfriend's car and it works really well.PROS- All-in-one features, allowing iPhone input into the AUX input of the factory stereo Allows device CHARGING while integrated to the vehicle- you don't have to utilize a separate charging cable Great soundCONS- Because the 12v charging port shuts down whenever the key is removed from ignition, you will have to always re-pair the phone to the unit every time you get into the vehicle. It only takes a few short moments to do, but can be hassle some after the third day lol.BOTTOM LINE- I'm very happy with the purchase, and my girlfriend loves the integration... it allows her to really concentrate on operating her vehicle while being able to conduct business on the phone and Siri integration while sitting in traffic. Keeps her productive!

There was a lot of Bluetooth car adapters on amazon but I chose this one because it had relatively good ratings and the built in charging cable. It was easy to set up, no issues pairing with my phone, although I had to unplug and re-plug it in every time I started my car for it to automatically connect. What was a much bigger issue was how after just two months of using it, the charging cable crimped. I keep my phone mounted upright on the dash so I'll admit the charging cable is bent most of the time, however I figured since they touted the "braided nylon" cable that it would last for more than two months.Even if just the charging cable broke I wouldn't care too much, but naturally the manufacturer designed the product so that when one cable breaks, it renders the whole product broken. So even though only the charging cable crimped, it made the whole product into a unusable piece of plastic and cables. Had high hopes for the product but ended up pretty disappointed.***EDIT***Barely a day after I posted this review, a representative from Micar emailed me apologizing for my experience with the product and offered me a replacement or a full refund, of which I took the refund. The refund has already been processed as well. So while the product itself I did not have the best experience with, I can definitely say their customer service is top notch if you did have issues with the product. Overall it left me very happy that they worked hard to make sure the issue was resolved in some way.

10/18/17 update. I contacted the seller and they promptly issued me a new device. Hoping this one lasts longer. Raised from 2 to 4 stars for great service.The Bluetooth function works ok. Though it doesn't work cleanly with my 08' Suburban because I have to manually hit source button on the radio to tell it to use Bluetooth audio. Annoying if you're using the map function while listening to fm radio because maps wont talk over radio. Also if the phone is paired to Bluetooth, but again you are not on aux input (radio/cd/dvd) - then if you get a call you cant hear the caller when you answer the phone as it doesn't auto switch to the phone. So you have to answer the call on the phone, then either manually switch your phone audio to speaker or push the source button on your car radio to get audio. Kind of a pain while driving.But the worst is that I bought this specific one because it had the lightning plug built in to charge my iphone. And after a month or two of working fine, I now get the annoying message that this device may not work with my iphone. And it continuously decides to turn on and off (mostly off) so that my iphone doesn't charge. Could it be Apple's fault? Sure. I don't care who's fault it is. It just isn't reliable to charge so I have to keep a 2nd cord in the car.

If you have an iphone and your car doesn't have built in bluetooth and your car has a 3.5mm aux jack you need this item. It connects automatically when I enter my car and turns off when I leave my car. It has a braided cables for better durability and it has an iphone charger cable (5 and above) built in. I like that it connects magnetically and that the main light is mellow green instead of that piercing blue that every other unit uses that is so distracting. It was so easy to setup and use and now I can stream music from my iphone and take phone calls all thru my car's speaker system seamlessly. Music automatically pauses when the phone rings. Controls for my music are also built into the unit......amazing product!

This is my initial review after just trying it out of the box. It's very easy to set up and operate. It's on a magnetic base that adheres to anywhere in the car, so you can take it off if necessary. You can change songs and control play and pause, along with volume control if you long press the next/back buttons. You can also redial a call if you long press the green call answer button, and turn it on/off by holding the call end button. Sound wise, it's a little tinny but not bad at all. I could hear the person on the phone, and they could hear me if I spoke up enough. I wonder if this would be any better with an amplifier. Unfortunately it does not seem to support Siri, so you still have to look at your phone to pick your initial music or make a call. I think it's a good deal for the price.

As exciting and perfect as this looks. I ordered one for my girlfriends birthday gift. I got the package and as soon as I plugged it in to the car with the power USB and the AUX OUTPUT, there was a constant buzzing in the speakers nonstop with and without music playing. I saw a previous review that mentioned this same problem so I returned the first one and ordered a second one which arrived today. The one that arrived today not only had the buzzing, but also had a bad short in the USB power cord so I couldn't even get it to stay powered on. I have seen the other positive reviews so I'm still hopeful for a good product. But it sounds like I need to contact the seller as well. The two stars are for the hope I still have from the other positive reviews. But I hope the third time is a charm.

+Works great, like the iphone cord already attached. The volume and skip buttons are very handy.-The fabric cord is pretty thick compared to my old one, so it wouldn't tuck into the car trim. The cord also isn't very long so that limited where the end piece could be located.
