I have purchased several types of posture correctors throughout my lifetime (usually disappointing) and most recently decided to find the “perfect one” so I ordered about five or six different ones to try. Some of them are way too complex and you have to spend five minutes trying to figure out how to loop them correctly and get the Velcro in the right spots etc. etc. Some of them rub under your arms. The list goes on. THIS PRODUCT IS THE BEST POSTURE CORRECTOR I’ve had!! It is obvious just by looking at the picture where you place each band. I wear it when I am on my cycling bike because my shoulders and neck tend to hurt when I ride bike and this helps tremendously. I also wear it around the house and I find it very helpful. I definitely give it a five star review, I’m not sure how any device like this could give pain relief/comfort in the short term but if used consistently it leads to better overall posture, which in time brings pain relief. Regardless, If you have neck or back pain caused by less than perfect posture, try this product. If your shoulders hunch forward or you just know that your posture needs help buy this now to avoid pain in the future!!!! I’ve worked in the fitness industry for many years and so many clients have chronic pain from work and/or lifestyle. I will be recommending this to all of them. Additionally, I have teenagers that are bent over their computers, phones and screens endlessly. I will be encouraging them to wear one. Our future generation is going to have more neck, back and shoulder chronic pain issues than we could ever imagine. Why not give this a try?

I'm an 80 yr old woman w/arthritic shoulders & live alone. Over the years, I'm bending over more than I'd like & it's noticable to friends & family. Nothing wrong w/my back but I wondered if a back support like this one would help. Day 1: sheer madness trying to get this thing on. Within 15 mins., I had a return to Amazon created. Watched the video & tried again. Success! Very comfortable. Walked straight. Cancelled return. Day 2: Still a little tricky getting it on, everything sticks to each other. Have been wearing it 10 hrs. now & it's so comfy I don't know it's on. Been shopping all day, back feels great, no hunching over, not tired. It's a miracle. I am 5 ft. 0 inches, 135 lbs., ordered a med. Thank you!!UPDATE: I have worn this for 5 days, about 10 hrs a day underneath a blouse. Very comfortable, hardly know it's on. Still a little tricky putting it on but getting easier. I am already standing up straight without it and I can walk longer because my back doesn't hurt. I just ordered A 2nd one so I can wash one/wear one.

This is exactly what I needed. From the first time I put it on it felt secure, although a little tight under the arms. My posture started to correct. My back felt great. I am 78 years old a quilter, an artist, I also have lower back problems with arthritis in upper back. I wear this every time I sew, paint or shopping.

I bought this because of having back pain due to scoliosis (diagnosed 52 years ago) and feeling my posture slipping. I am relatively tall (5'10") and long-waisted, so finding something that does what I need and fits hasn't been easy.I am really pleased with this brace. It holds my shoulders back and cinches enough on the lumbar region to be helpful with my scoliosis curve there. After sitting at my desk for a period of time it feels good to put this on. I haven't had it long enough to figure out if wearing it while at my desk is better than afterwards, so I'll try to update my review accordingly. Wearing it is noticeable, but not intrusive. It gets hot if worn next to the skin.The fit lines up with the size recommendations. It is easy to put on and take off, and the straps stay in place while doing so.The back part of the brace has two sturdy stiffeners sewn securely to the neoprene. The quality of the sewing is really good and it looks like it will last.The packaging was minimal-only the brace, no sheet of instructions re putting on or washing. That's the only quibble I have with the transaction. For the purpose and the price I am really pleased.
