Very happy with our purchase. The very first time I purchased the "knock" off brand and I couldn't be more pleased. Very good quality, comfortable, and firm. The name brand always cost me more than 2x what I paid for 2 of these. Will purchase more from here in the future.

They really didn’t hold back on the foam pieces, there were plenty and that offers for a true customizable pillow experience. Personally, I had to remove a good amount for a softer feel that I enjoy.. but this pillow is really comfortable and great for all! P.S- the hand written note was so thoughtful, I hope your small business prospers <3

These are hands down my favorite pillows and have ordered from her annually for years now. She writes a personal Thank You note too every time! Great option for those who aren’t in love with the Ghost Pillow! My fav part is how it’s bunched microfiber allows you to “fluff” properly too!

4/14/23 Update: It took some time to get the amount of stuffing just right, but once I did, and realized that fluffing the pillow frequently resolves the issue of it feeling dense or lumpy, I have been really happy with this pillow. Have been using it for 3 months now and feel like my back problems have significantly improved. I can now definitely recommend this pillow and I’m so glad I didn’t return it! I’m not ready to give 5 stars yet only because it still has to pass the test of time, but for now it’s a solid 4. Just be patient and keep removing or refilling until you get it right.Original review: I was hoping to wait until I had been using this pillow for at least a couple of months before writing this review, but right off the bat I'm struggling with it. I have a few weeks left before the return window ends so I'm going to keep trying to get this pillow adjusted just right for me. What I do like so far (after using for one week); it is cooler than a standard pillow and I don't wake up with back pain, so I know this pillow has the potential to be beneficial. What I don't like is that after only a week it has become very hard, like all the foam has become compressed and dense. I tried removing some foam, then fluffed it like crazy, but it was still hard so I removed more foam. Now it was not only still hard but lumpy. Didn't sleep as good this time so I put some foam back in and tried very hard to get the foam distributed evenly but it was still lumpy. I'm not ready to give up just yet, but I have a feeling these pillows (I ordered the two pack) will be going back. If not, I will edit this review.

Purchased the King sized pillow and was happy to see there was so much memory foam stuffing I could take out as needed to adjust.I would say that I’ve removed a generous amount of foam and my husband even more so and the pillows still settle firmly.I do also notice I never wake up with shoulder and neck pain like I would sometimes with the ‘My Pillow’ brand so I am quite pleased!

This pillow was comfortable on the very first night. Memory foam is adjustable; well-made and good value for the price.

These pillows are exactly what we have been looking for. We were able to adjust the pillows to suit our own needs; one of us is a stomach sleeper and needs a very thin, but firm pillow. The other would just like a firm pillow, that holds its shape. We are getting ready to purchase our second set.

These are wonderful pillows for pillow shames because they are so thick!! The packaging came vacuum packed, which made it easy to transport and unpack during a move. Additionally, the manufacturer provided a hand written thank you note stating that they appreciate people that support their small business. Sleepers who like flatter pillows to sleep on might not appreciate this pillow design. We love these pillows and bought 2 more!!

I like that you can make itas small or as full as you want. Just as advertised

The pillows are described here on Amazon, as "High quality bamboo fabric and filling".When I opened the package, I saw the label on the pillow has the words: "All new material, consisting of 100% polyurethane foam", and the cover is listed as: "40% bamboo, 60% polyester".Can you please clarify.(Note, nine days later and no response from the seller, which raises more concerns about this product)
