I loved the sound quality of these they were actually better than my AirPods. However these have similar problem, the right earbud. With these earbuds everything is centered on right ear bud, when it dies you unable to use left have to recharge. The listening time is much shorter than listed time especially if streaming music and talking you may get 3 hours.

This is my first introduction to cordless Bluetooth earbuds, I'm impressed with the quality of the sound, it is deep rich and completely immersive, action movies sound great on them! It's really nice that they come with different size silicone earbud ends, so there is a perfect fit for any size ear. Once you get the correct fit they are comfortable and wear easy in your ears, also you can take calls with them! That is the icing on the cake, I will be using these traveling on planes a lot, very pleased with the Phaz W2 earbuds!

The charging case is too hard to open; and repeated use of a screwdriver to pry it open is going to cause the case not to stay locked while charging

These are the most comfortable, easiest to use wireless ear buds I've ever used. The pairing is actually super simple -- just press the button on the front of each ear bud at the same time and hold it down for a few seconds, then go to Settings/Bluetooth on your phone and select the ear buds from the list. Once the earbuds say "Connected" you are good to go. The button is the arrowhead shaped thing on the outside of each earbud. Great sound, great little charging case, and plenty of extra ear inserts included! Great product!!

My truly wireless phaz sound fantastic and their customer service is A1. I was a little having trouble understanding how to pair the buds and the CEO himself helped me to fix the problem. As a person in sales myself, that really meant a lot to me.

very comfortable and a greatsound quality! I must havd been living under a rock because the whole self charging case was new to me and my favorite feature thus far 5 stars......
