good for small sizes
It's a cute skirt, I bought it in red (guess what? for dancing). Be advised that it runs small, and it's one size. I wear size S and even for me, the elastic band is a bit tight.

Makes me feel like I'm in a 90's anime
I love love love this skirt. I wear it to work and it feels pretty and flowy. Just be sure to hang it up everytime immediately after you wash it, because I've noticed the pleats are not as prominent as when I first got it.

Wasn't for me
It's a well made item, the fit was true to size. It just did nothing for me, it was not flattering on my body shape. I am 5.3, 120lbs, with a pear shaped figure. The pleats looked bulky across my hips and my husband said the skirt looked like a cupcake holder on me. I would recommend this item for someone with narrow hips, it's not for a curvy woman.
