It is recommended to take one to two capsules per day, so this tub of 60 will last one to two months.The price is reasonable and I feel I would not take these on a regular basis. If I am going to get a cold you can bet your bottom dollar it will be a few days before Christmas. I plan on taking this tub now and depending on how I feel, I will repurchase a tub next December. These exceeded all expectations! Easy to swallow, no real taste or smell to them. I used for a month and did not get a cold like I normally do. I then stopped using them foolishly. About 4 days later a cold! I retook them and I got over that cold very fast and I haven't had another one since! Truly amazing product, highly recommended.

Received these free via amazon vine upon my request. Seems like a good supplement. I have never tried it before. The effect seems adaptogenic with an effect not dissimilar to DMAE. Would recommend trying it.
