Look for my review of another manufacturer’s Lightning to Lightning Extension Cable.The differences are striking!I have only used this cable for a few days, but I can tell that this cable is far superior in resisting cable-cover damage/cracking at the male end when the cable is oriented at right angles to an iPhone when compared to the other reviewed cable. This cable employs a braided cover — a distinct plus.Resist the temptation to buy the other, slightly cheaper cable. This one appears to be able to be longer lasting.Update.The cable cover on this lightning cable is superior to any other cable I have seen. As the cable extends from the bottom of an iPhone, the "armored" cover prevents separation of the cover at the end of the male plug as it exits the plug, especially when used in a right angle configuration.However, as I have used it over six months, and almost exclusively used it in that right angle configuration, I have noticed that the internal wires that are very small, and appropriately so, will break. That is not a fault of the cable. It was intended to be used in the straight-on configuration without the constant flexing I caused it to experience.To avoid the breakage of the internal wires when used in a right angle configuration, I recommend using a 90° adapter at the iPhone base plug so that there is no resultant stress on the cable. This right angle adapter can be found on Amazon's website.This is an excellent cable so long as you do not expect it to tolerate too much flexing when used in a right angle configuration. Using it that fashion, after six months, the internal wires will likely break.I highly recommend this cable when used carefully given the constraints I have delineated.This manufacturer makes cables different lengths. My comment supply to all such lengths.

I bought this, AGVEE Lightning cable extender/adapter, to use with the https://a.co/d/0i6RzRpN Sandisk IXpand USB-C/Lightning 128GB flash drive. In trying to use that flash drive I would have had to take my Otterbox Defender case off of my iPhone 13 Pro Max. If I wanted the drive to successfully be able to plug into my phone. But, with this adapter cable I can just plug the Sandisk drive into the female end of this adapter and then plug its male end into the Lightning port on my phone.Doing that I had no problems at all and the Sandisk IXpand iOS application recognized its flash drive just like I had plugged it in directly without this adapter/extender cable. I haven’t used this item very long yet. Yet, it is performing really well it seems thus far and I’m happy about that.I’m sure not all uses for this cable adapter might go as smoothly. But, I’m glad to say that it worked well in my case. I would definitely recommend this product. I’ve also used other AGVEE products in the past and they have worked well for me too.There are always lots of different choices for these types of cables and adapters on Amazon I believe. So, it’s always kind of hit or miss whether you will get one that will work for your needs. I’m just glad, as I said, that it worked out well for me this time. This item works well as an extension for my phone cables. However, I originally bought it as a way to connect my Backbone One controller to my iPad. It does not work for that without causing random inputs.

I regretfully purchased this iPhone Lightning cable extender, hoping it would solve my compatibility issues with an accessory that didn’t fit properly into my charging port due to my Otterbox case. However, this product turned out to be utterly useless and a waste of my money.The extender simply does not work as advertised. Despite the description claiming compatibility with accessories, it fails to deliver on this promise. I am baffled as to why it won’t function with my accessories, as explicitly mentioned in the product description. This misalignment between the promised functionality and the actual performance is incredibly frustrating and disappointing.To make matters worse, I missed the return period, and as a result, I’m stuck with a product that serves no purpose for me. If given the opportunity, I would have returned it without hesitation, as it does not meet my needs or function as expected.In conclusion, this iPhone Lightning cable extender has proven to be a complete letdown. It is utterly useless, fails to work with accessories despite claims of compatibility, and has caused unnecessary frustration. I strongly advise against purchasing this product, as it does not fulfill its intended purpose and leaves customers feeling deceived by the false promises made in the product description.
