Altec Lansing Whisper Active Noise Cancelling Headphones, Black

I love these headphones. It is the second pair I’ve owned. My original ones still work fine, but I have worn out the ear foam covers with so much use over the past 4 years. For the price, these are everything I need for noise canceling and great sound. Sure there are some really high quality headphones that probably have more bells and whistles, but they also come with a hefty price tag. These pair easily to my iPhone, are comfortable even after hours of wearing, and are sleek in design and light weight. Love love love them.

Seems like a design flaw, but there is a weak plastic part that the ear cup swivels on. This has broken and is not able to be repaired. I am just going to return because it this one broke the next will too.

Works great

Will not last more than a few hours on a full charge. this product is not worth the price. have to charge it after only 8 hrs of use. I have one that last for 26 hrs or more same brand. So what is wrong with this one. I have tried to get ahold of the seller but with not luck.

the connection is so poor, im tired of glitchy sound. also they are too tight and hurt my ears.

It was a great price for the feature. But we had them less than a full day before they broke. we tried to fold them up, like they are designed to do, but the joint was so stiff that the headphone sheared clean off the part that allows the ear covers to rotate. Trying to contact Altec Lansing about warranty repair has proven challenging, as their email server blocked my message (was i because I had the word "Warranty" in it?). Reached out to them on instagram message, hopefully they will reply.
