Broken handle issue
I purchased this item for my Grandaughter in June 2025 and she loved it. Unfortunately the handle has come away from the bag which I find very disappointing after such a short time of using it. Not sure if it was faulty or defective in some way but I have reordered it today as she loves the design so much. I enclose pictures for consideration of a full refund for my purchase in June 2025 and hope the one Iโve just ordered is more resilient.I look forward to hearing from you.
