Delicious
Shipped with care! This tallow is delicious and well within the expiration date. Used it to roast potatoes and pan sear steaks. It imparts a wonderful, faint, umami taste. Can’t wait to try on more dishes.

A little goes a long way
If you like cooking things in the pan this works fantastic it's better than vegetable oil, it Cooks things much more evenly and somehow actually makes it faster it seems. If you want to cook burgers or any kind of meats or veggies in the pan where you would throw a little grease in this stuff works amazing and it doesn't ruin the taste like vegetable oil will. It's almost like when your mom used bacon grease back in the day that she got out of the jar that she would save.

Tastes great, easy to use.
I had ordered a different brand of Waygu Tallow and it arrived in damaged packaging that occurred at the factory (not in shipping). Fatworks Waygu Tallow tastes as good and arrived in perfect condition.

GOOD STUFF
Yummy! Just got around to using it for the 1st time tonight. And, I wasn't disappointed! Took me awhile because of the holidays and all. I will use it from know on when grill my steaks. They were really tasty and grill up nicely.

Fantastic flavor enchancer
Wagyu Beef Tallow significantly improves the flavor of any beef product. I bought it use for flavoring smoked brisket and it worked great. You can put some in a pan and put it in the smoker and add flavor to it. Then the next time I make a brisket, I inject some of the Wagyu into the uncooked brisket before placing it in the smoker. I also now use it anytime I cook beef. It is perfect for pan-frying steaks or hamburgers. It is a little pricey, but well worth it as it really ups the flavor of the finished product.

Produces an amazing steak
I have used this twice on filets and they were absolutely amazing! Will be trying it on a nice rib eye and pork loin next ?? Reminded me of a wagu steak I had at the Wynn Hotel in Vegas that was one of the best steaks I had ever eaten but extremely expensive.
