Apart from having the right size for this type on infusion -not as small as the traditional south Americancup of 4oz, but also not the ridiculous cup of 12oz that I see advertised that you can almost swim inside-it has a very attractive look and the double wall works well keeping the mate tea warm inside with acool temperature on the outside. It was easy to clean and the straw is also good quality. Will buy againas a gift. The exterior surface is uneven for a better grip. Really like it!

El vaso me gusta mucho está bonito y demás pero parece muy frágil y tengo que ir siempre con miedo por si se me rompe. Además el acabado por abajo deja algo que desear, aún así me ha gustado, muy buen diseño y no da sensación de mucho calor aunque esté el agua del mate dentro, por lo que es bastante cómodo. La pipa funciona bien sin problemas.

Pros: Nice shape and great having it double walled so it didn't get hot.Cons: On first use it seemed to leak from somewhere, there was always a damp mark where it stood. After a few uses (not using boiling water - this is yerba after all!) crazing in the internal glaze was visible so I returned the item. Another point is that, although it is sold as dishwasher safe, due to the way the double skin is formed means that there is a hole in the bottom and this hasn't been plugged. I hand washed it as if it were put in the dishwasher either the cup would fill with water or if stood the other way the space between the 'skins' would fill with water.

I have been using it for a few months , I Love it ,pros it is ceramic so its easily cleaned(unlike calabash gourds) and doesn’t change the flavor of the yerba like metal gourds, cons it’s a little smaller than I expected also it’s easy to spill if your not used to it.
