Fits well for smith machine hip thrusts
I bought this barbell pad specifically for hip thrusts on the smith machine. The velcro stays in place and the pad fit the bar nicely. It was easy enough to rotate around the bar so I could line it up nicely. The padding itself adequately supported the bar and alleviated the pressure while doing the hip thrusts.
