How do I insert the blade?

No Blade, its like a food grater.

Feet smooth enough for pantyhose?

Yes the skin surface is smooth enough for pantyhose using just the metal surface to remove dead skin. They give you an emery board for an even finer surface if you want it, but I found the metal surface works fine enough.

How do you put the product together? Build it??

You put the grate on top of the shavings container and shave your heel. You remove the grate to empty the container after every session. The black emory pads have adhesive side. You just stick the pad onto the bottom of the skin shavings container and use it after each session. It's amazing how smooth and soft your heels become. The white part is just a cover. Enjoy!

Do you use this on dry feet?

I use it on dry feet. I have never tried it on wet feet.
