Great top
Bought this ahead of a comp so had no real practice in it, but it's very good for log, axle press and carry movements. Grip on the back also helps stability with yoke and squat. Not the cheapest, but a great support.

Size guide was spot on
I'm usually a large and was really worried about buying a small but it fits perfectly. Can't wait to do some circus Dumbell in this thing.

Recommended 2 sizes down seems to work well. Hard to get on and off ( not unexpected) but a good snug fit once on.Exceptional grip for a yoke carry, makes keeping it in place much easier than a regular tshirt.Not tried log yet but the front grip is just like the rear so I have high hopes
