Our kids saved up their money and purchased this item on their own. It was their first major purchase together. Our oldest kids spent a few days assembling it slowly together. Once completed, they invited a few friends to play. It’s been a great addition to our home and gives the kids something fun to do. It holds a handful of kids and so far, no complaints. The company has been great to work with and I’ve been very happy with their communication. Highly recommend!

Within six months the basketball backboard had lost most of the markings. Within 1 year the spring cover is completely dry rotted and useless. This combined with the very tedious assembly of the netting to the base. I would not recommend or buy again. Seller has been non responsive. This is not used a lot and my kids don't use the hoop. Follow up no response from manufacturer and Amazon won't support or has ability to contact them. Don't by any product from Lyromix.

The media could not be loaded. At first I had some issues with getting some parts, however after speaking with a very friendly and extremely helpful CSR (Cindy), she ALWAYS responded timely and effectively.So I got all my parts and put the trampoline up and it has been awesome. Really great quality and very sturdy. Would definitely recommend.

I've been on the fence about buying my kids a trampoline for a long time. I finally decided to go for it and have absolutely no regrets. The kids love it and jump on it everyday. It is sturdy and well made. The instructions were very clear, but the assembly itself is a little tricky, so definitely a two person job.

This 16ft trampoline was purchased for a gift and after assembly it worked great and kids loved it. Unfortunately while moving it to mow a strong wind blew it over and it was bent up and unusable. But after contacting the company, Lyromix, they promptly sent out replacement parts for no charge and were extremely easy to deal with and very helpful. The best customer service anyone could ask for. The trampoline is back in use and happy kids again!! I would definitely buy one of these again, but only move when not windy and use the anchors to secure it.

We didn't unbox this for a bit because it was a birthday gift, so it is well out of the return window. It was kept in a garage in the box until we put it together. The mat on top of springs became weathered and ripped very quickly and the poles snapped within a couple months of putting it together. We did enjoy the large size and the "bounce" factor was great.

The trampoline is big and sturdy…. Did not seem too complicated to assemble, my only complaint is that the net does not look like the picture from the seller….seems to be missing the lining on the top rim and it just looks ugly, wrinkled and sloppy making the whole trampoline look cheap and not aesthetic.

My teenage boys set this up in an afternoon in the first day of spring break and had no problems setting it up. Nieces and nephews and my kids were on it the whole week and loved the “extras”! The lights, the sprinkler the basketball hoop, the ladder…this trampoline has it all and made for a fun spring break! I’m sure we’ll have plenty more fun over the years on this thing! Also I reached out to customer service with a question on one of the parts and they were so fast to respond and were very helpful!
