Absolutely love this thing. I had never used a neti before and wasn't sure if I would drown myself doing it, but it worked great. And I don't have to worry about dropping this kind and having it break. PLUS, the saline powder packets are VERY handy and appreciated.

Complete Garbage of a Nasal Rinse Bottle.
What a piece of crap and a complete waste of money. When you press down the button to start the water flow, very little water flows out, regardless of which nasal tip you use on the bottle. You're better off squeezing the bottle to get enough water pressure to actually rinse out your nasal passages. The plastic is flimsy and doesn't feel like it'll last very long. I went to return the two that I bought and discovered they aren't returnable either. So, the seller got my money and I got pieces of crap.

Easy to use
I have to use these nasal sprays and I cannot refill it with the ones I boguht. These made it so much easier to redo my own one.
