which is great and monitors my sleep
I think for the most part, this tracker does what it's supposed to do. It tracks my steps, which is great and monitors my sleep. I wear a Jawbone tracker along with it to compare the two. This one is usually 200 to 300 steps higher and I think that is due to this tracker counts arm movement and any steps, whereas the Jawbone does not count every movement as a step. This one varies on the sleep and not sure why, it shows the same asleep time and wake time but sometimes differs quite a bit. As far as the heart monitor tracker on the app in the phone, you can't tell what the times are to track when the heart rate was higher and low. It shows a graph but does not provide a time for the heart-rate. Also, do not accidentally hit reset because you'll lose all data on the tracker, if you haven't pressed the sync button in the app. The Smart-wrist band requires you to manually update by syncing the phone throughout the day, whereas Jawbone and Fitbit automatically sync. Lastly, the charge only lasts for a few days at a time, which seems to be typical for trackers with heart monitor. It's almost like the heart-monitor eats up the battery charge. Overall a really good tracker for the price. I'd highly recommend for the price and functionality, especially if you're new to this and want something to track your steps, sleep and heart-monitor. Oh one more thing, it didn't track my steps when riding an elliptical bike so I'm guessing you need to switch to riding or something otherwise you loose the steps.

Not what I had hoped.
Most of the functions are ok. Really, more than you need. I bought it for its heart monitoring ability, but here, I was disappointed. I followed the instruction correctly but tracking is hit and miss. When it does monitor, it cuts out after a few minutes. I might do a 25 minute treadmill session but it stops after 10-12 minutes and I can't get it up and running again. A lot of money for a pedometer.

No it did not meet my expectations. Can't seem to find additional wrist bands for it. It keeps losing the blue tooth connection. After a intense workout out it shows a very little calorie count.
