J'avais des moules silicones précédemment et même s'ils coloraient bien mes cannelés, ils restaient assez mou.Avec ces moules métalliques, il y a clairement du mieu. Ce n'est pas encore ceux en cuivre mais voilà le prix ...

Entre les moules en cuivre plus chers et ceux en silicone moins indiqués, j'ai choisi cet article permettant de confectionner 12 cannelés impeccables. Ce moule répartit parfaitement la chaleur et ne colle pas. Le démoulage est facile. Super content de cet achat.

Sehr gute, massive Qualität für ein tolles Backergebnis: Die fertigen Caneles lassen sich easy aus der Form lösen und haben genau die richtige Konsistenz - innen fluffig-feucht, außen leicht karamellisiert.
