Wonderful
This has a lot more flavor and firmness than the average grocery store pasta. I like the fact that it can pick up the pasta sauce but not get soggy. This has nice flavor and really stands up well. Yes it is somewhat costly so I only use it for special times and sauces. I really like it.

Real spaghetti
This is the first time I've liked the spaghetti more than the meat sauce (and I make great meat sauce). Now I have to cook more spaghetti. Fortunately, they give you a lot in the two packages. I hope Amazon reorders and makes it available again.
