Wonderful Tea
This tea has become our favorite evening cup!

Great Evening Drink
Impressed with artful and sustainable packaging. Aroma is inviting. Flavor is better than sugary artificially flavored hot chocolates that you are likely more used to. Great for diabetes or those watching their BMI unless high calorie milks and creams added. I add in a splash of hot steamed usda organic almond milk to provide a bit more alkalinity some of the time. Mostly I just drink it straight up. Theobromine content makes me feel better something like the feeling you get after and unexpected hug. I usually pair it with hot foods such as soups and stews. Super economic as per serving cost is minimal. More earthy than chocolate mixed or cut with sugar, milk or cocoa butter. It is a different taste than full on chocolate, but it's even better once your taste buds adjust to the unique flavors. Think hot chocolate all grown up minus liver damaging alcohol. I brew it with my Rishi glass tea pot, the smallest one available as it works very well. Once done with brewing, I walk outside and throw the grounds into my organic garden. Give it a try.

Wonderfully Light Cocoa, Hot Chocolate, and Coffee Alternative
I drink brew myself a cup of this wonderful, tea style drink several times in a given week. It doesn't taste like hot chocolate on its own, but rather tastes like chocolate made as a tea or a coffee - the flavor is there, but its vehicle is water. This may be weird for some people, so I don't expect it to be everyone's cup of tea, but it is definitely one of my favorite things now. It is purely cacao husk - no sugar, no other sweeteners, no dehydrated dairy. Nothing at all, making it perfect for those of us looking for a whole foods diet. And, you can always add honey and/or some cream to it if you want to land CLOSER to hot chocolate with the fuss of a longer, drawn out process, or the cane sugar. My only complaint about this particular product is the inner packaging it comes in. The film surrounding the husks is flimsy and tears easily, meaning that I transfer it almost immediately to another container. You may want to consider this as well.

Wonderful Aroma, Gentle Flavor, and Great Quality!
This cacao husk tea has been a personal favorite since the first time I tasted it. I love letting it steep for 10–15 minutes in a cup with a lid and strainer—what I get is a beautiful, clear amber-brown drink with the comforting aroma of chocolate. The taste is gentle, smooth, and calming, without any harsh or overpowering notes. It's also nice to know it comes with health benefits. I truly appreciate the care behind this product, as well as the maker’s responsiveness and professionalism.

Pretty good
The cacao shell tea I got directly from a cacao farm was more flavorful than this stuff. I have to use about twice as much of this stuff to get the same flavor. But it’s still pretty good, and I got it off Amazon so pretty good for having come from a megalith bargain bin

Love it
This is so unique for me because I didn't know you can buy the husks. I added it to my tea blend and love the subtle hints of cacao. It seems pricy, but a little goes a long way. It also smells delicious 🤤

Delicious tea!
This is great quality cocoa husk tea! It is packaged beautifully and on opening it smells amazing. It is worth the price as I have bought another cocoa husk tea that costs more. I drink it each morning mixed with some organic loose leaf peppermint tea. The taste is earthy, smooth and delicious.

very flavorful
We drink a cup every night. This is our nightly dessert without the sugar. The sweet spot for us is to let it seep for about 8 minutes. For a small coffee cup, we use about one heaping teaspoon. It is more relaxing than the typical "sleep" teas. It is quite pricey, however, we tried several brands and this is our favorite.

Outstanding Chocolate Tea
Reminds me of my grandmother's champorrado - except this one actually lowers my blood sugar. Great for pre & T2 diabetics.

Superior flavoured Cacao Tea
Although it’s slightly more expensive, I chose it because Origen is a small independent company. The product was ethically sourced and Origen deal directly with the indigenous tribes who live in and around the area the cacao pods are grown. The taste is definitely superior cheaper buys and it’s a caffeine free superfood that’s low in calories and tastes like chocolate. What’s not to like

Nice
This tea is awesome. Need to put a decent amount in your tea strainer, but it has that chocolate taste. Add some sweetener and it's a nice drink. I thought I would go through the bag quickly, but no, there is a fair amount in there.

Rich chocolate flavour
Absolutely delicious. I was very surprised that tea has a very rich chocolate flavour. I used 3 teaspoons and steeped it for 7 minutes. I'll also be trying a second steep with the husks to get a bit more out of them before I throw them away. I am an intermittent faster and this is the perfect addition to my up day meal.
