I bought this for a loved one and had no idea if it would help a swollen leg problem but was hopeful based on other's reviews. After just 3 days (about 20 minutes use of the mat a day) her swollen leg is now looking totally normal, just the same as her other leg, we are both thrilled to bits. We knew it wasn't a DVT causing the swelling by the way, this had been checked by a doctor. Thanks for this amazing product.

I have been using it and a sheet and have no positive effects 🤷‍♀️ this saddens me as i paid out for the mat and a sheet... got them shipped to my home (North Cyprus) waited... but nothing. Very dissapointed. Guess they dont work for everyone 🥺

Firstly, I was sceptical. But NOT for the reasons one may presume. I've been grounding/earthing all of my life, before it was even a "thing", I'm talking pre-internet...AKA, the stone age! (Call it instinct). However, I work long hours and couldn't wait to get home to my garden to ground. Came across these and wondered if THIS could be a way to ground from the comfort of my home or at work? I have tried it every day, and it works. Well, colour me happy 😊. I WILL still ground outside, because I feel there is more going on in nature. But, I no longer feel overwhelmed when I can't. And, if you don't ground at all, WOW, your going to notice a BIG difference using this. It may even convince you to one day try it in nature too. Of particular note is that for those who do not have a garden, or are sick, this is a great solution. Grounding outside is 100/100. Using this is 75/100. But that's better than 0/100.

Honestly I don't see how it could be possible to write a credible review of an item like this so take these lines only as my personal contemplation of a concept.Because it's a concept that is difficult to verify but here we are, a lot of us buying a wired mouse mat to put under our wireless mouse on our desk.The concept is believable, there certainly is a circulation of electrons between us and a lot of other organic creations of nature, it's just hard to show it off like how bubbles appearing in our coke when we blow it with a straw. Also it's common sense to admit how we insulate ourselves from these other organic creations with unorganic fabrics used as outfits we are wearing: plastic shoe soles, plastic everything really.What I can say is that my wife is happy, she keeps her hand on this thing while working on her computer or watching TV and that is enough for me to say this should be a good product and you can try it safely :)Technically it's a patent wire on the mat ends up in a general plug but in that plug all plastic connectors with one earth wire. So it doesn't matter whether the wall socket is swithched or or not, there's no way you get electroshocked.

I suffer from arthritis and as a result have a very broken sleep. I have been using the earthing mat now for a couple of weeks and am amazed at the result. I have a better quality of sleep and have a more continuous sleep which has many health benefits. I would recommend anyone wanting a better sleep to try out this mat.Note that the mat is only connected to the earth and not to the live so cannot have any heating or electrical issues.

This matt seems simple to set up and use. probably good for a person who is a beginner learning about earthing or earthing matts. I tested it with a multi meter, and it gave a reading showing that it works in my UK property with UK plug socket ....

This grounding mat must be used in the USA not in the UK.
