Made personalized drink glasses out of mason jars for a party for which I drilled a hole in the lid for metal straws. This kit worked PERFECTLY to not only hold the straws in place but the color helped differentiate party goers glasses. Plus, the personalized e-mail from the seller with helpful tips on how to use them, while really not needed, was such a nice touch in this age of internet ordering. Highly recommended, especially if you use metal straws as they protect the users teeth.

These straw tips are great! I had gotten some that narrowed at the top - couldn’t stand them and returned them as soon as I found these. The silencers work as intended. I am also very happy with the seller! He honored a coupon that was still among the products’ pictures, but apparently expired. He sent me an extra set at no charge to make up for the discount!

Skimpy, short & thin silicone straw tips. The disc shaped things are good for the end of a steel straw to keep it from scratching the inside of your mug. Otherwise, I'm not impressed.

Since plastic straws are (justifiably) going away, Meta straws are a good alternative by not really pleasant to use. this little nubs soften them up and hold them in place.

I ordered these for my mom to use with a stainless steel straw that was being used in the stainless steel cup. They eliminate the rattling, hold the straw place, and are cute, too! I love that the tips cut down on the temperature transfer from straw to lips/teeth, and protect your teeth from bumps.I had a question, and reached out to the company. I received a prompt, courteous, and helpful reply that same day. This is definitely a company that takes pride in their product as well as their customer relations.

Don't waste ur $$. These silicone tips are suppose to keep the metal straw from hitting ur teeth as you drink. They don't stay in place, as you drink, tip of straw gets wet, slides up/down. you either end up pushing it back down with ur lip or pulling it up with ur teeth.. jus' not a good buy...& Not child proof.

I got tired of the straw for my insulated mug falling out of the lid every time I opened the lid. These “silencers” not only keep the straw from rattling, they help secure it in the lid. The tips help keep the end of the straw clean, and isolate your lips from the coldness of the straw.

I bought as a Christmas gift to go alone with a custom tumbler I made. Match perfectly with the cup! Fit the straws that come with a 30oz cup. It did take me a minute with the plugs to figure out how it went but once I figured it out, it was pretty cool.Thanks!
