The quality and build is great.
I have been trying to make samosas with standard and proven techniques but to very high standards!!!This machine is 5-star easy to use and great value for money, go for brick pastry as filo is not as forgiving!

Easy to use and compact
This is quite a compact device so the samosas are a little small. Also, with my first attempt I tried to use traditional samosa pastry but this just didn't work. The pastry came out hard and crunchy and not like a samosa at all, although the taste was ok. I then tried thinly rolled puff pastry and they came out a treat, imagine if Gregg's made a samosa. Another tip is to use two discs of thinly rolled pastry to cover the entire pan rather than trying to make individual triangles. Overall, I am delighted with the purchase, great value and very easy to use.

Lovely bit of kit
Not used it yet coz Mercury is retrograding right now... But when I received it, I did switch it on and I was mighty impressed how quickly it heated up.I have no doubts it will do what it says in the TIN! Will follow up review when I use it in a few weeks time. But it is awfully sweet, takes little room in the kitchen, and since I LOVE samosas, I be using it all the time! I will also try it with rotti pastry that I usually make my rotti's with (chapati in case you are wondering what rotti means), see how that compares to the manufacturer's recommended filo pastry. FOR NOW ITS A THUMBS UP ON CUTENESS, SPACE SAVING, AND HEATING TIME.

Good but Be advised UK item
Good little machine once I was able to buy an Australian power point for it. No idea why I didn't think that because it was coming from overseas it wouldn't have a compatible power plug But apart from that it works well and fairly quick too
