Epicurean products are off the chart excellent. The don't get hot and they last a lifetime.

This stays in my ‘frequent use’ tool container on my counter. Cleans easily in the dishwasher and never cracks, chips or fades. I’ve had one for years and use in nearly daily. Extremely durable and functional. I highly recommend this utensil

I'm a big fan of epicurean products. I have several of their cutting boards as well as several of their utensils.I use them almost exclusively when Sautéing vegetables or browning hamburger.I do like some of my older ones better. They are still of great quality but they've changed their shape and thickness a bit over time and I simply preferred the old style, probably because it was what I was used to.

I have three cutting boards and they last forever. They age well and look great. No splintering, warping, chipping, etc... So far, this spatula does the trick. Aside from angle end, the tip is double beveled (not "sharp" but does have an edge). Nice to split food in the skillet (ground meet, vegetables, etc...).

Love Epicurean products. Tough, easy to clean & professional looking.

This is a great tool with a great handle and head shape. My only complaint is that my first order arrived with only the paper sleeve that holds the tool in the Amazon package -- no tool. Amazon insisted on referring me to Epicurean support, who were very friendly but could not help me. I ended up having to chat with Amazon, because there was no option to say that I got a package with only a wrapped -- all options wanted me to return the item that I never received. Evan chatting with the possibly human representative, he kept asking me to go ask my neighbors if they received the package. Amazon finally processed a refund and I reordered -- they could not simply send a replacement.

This is the BEST kitchen tool you pr I could ever own!!! I went back to Amazon and ordered more Epicurean stuff!!

I have discovered that utensils made from this composite are durable, pan-friendly and withstand the heat. My plastic utensils keep melting, wood absorbs food, and metal kills my pans. The price was more than I wanted to pay, but I suspect that i will have this utensil for a very long time.

This is the fourth time i bought an Epicurean utensil (not online though). The one i received this time has an Epicurean packing, but the spoon had “OXO” engraved on the handle and the material was by no means Epicurean. It was just an ordinary wooden spoon!!Using a cheaper wooden spoon to pretend it is Epicurean? I don’t understand. Of course I have returned it!

La cuchara bien, pero es casi plana. Parece más una espatula que una cuchara. Para mover cosas en un sarten, genial, pero para servir nada. Lo que sí es que es fácil de limpiar y muy ligero.
