Horrible product engineering.
For the most part it works, but had to figure out how to use it correctly WITHOUT THE DIRECTIONS THAT WERE NOT IN THE PACKAGE!! Thank goodness I’m a field engineer, because I would have sent this back the same day.

Poor quality, look and feel cheap!
The product is cheaply made and there is no quality control.- one of the rubber feet for the stand is missing.- the included valve does not seal and unusable when it arrived.I know it costed only $25, but I was expecting to get a few weeks of use out of it before it breakdown completely. Sigh!!!

Terrible buy something else.
Dispenser would not fit the bottle. The rubber slip prevention feet would not stay in. Was able to find something much nicer and that takes up less room at the store for around the same price. Buy something else, this thing is poorly made trash.

Returning this itemLeaks a lot because product's crown size at 55mm does not fit the 5 gallon water used.Also product has no directions on how to fit it.
