This screening is better quality than I expected. I have used it to cover the panels around my bench and you can hardly see through it at all so it has made my garden much more private. I don't know how well it will last in bad weather but it looks lovely and is cheaply priced compared to other places.

After reading the reviews I thought that this bamboo screening would be ok and look quite effective - I was very disappointed, it is very thin and doesn't look nice at all

To be honest, for a split cane fence, it didn't look the best when it was laid out, and certainly not worth the price. Bits were coming away, and , as you would expect, bits dropped off when it was cut to different lengths. But... when it was up, and trimmed at the top with some secateurs, it didn't look too bad really.(See photo)

I bought this type of materials before and this seller was the most honest bases on picture/reality. It looks as it says. After a year still holds and didn't los any part.

From the advertised photos I thought it was less transparent. My photo makes it look more opaque than it is, can see right through the fence to the next door car park. It is more opaque when doubled up, which is perhaps what is done in the advertised photos. The issue is each bamboo stick has a rather large gap either side of it allowing you to see through. I would recommend getting it with the understanding if you want it to look like in the photos you need double to length to fold it back on itself
