Good small business system
This system is intended for business use. It may be rather difficult to setup for a home user without PBX or SIP experience. I linked it to Microsoft Teams with the SIP Gateway. The only catch there is you must download the latest firmware for the base and handsets or it will not work. The minimum firmware version is in the sip gateway documentation. The base handles up to 10 handsets and 10 accounts.

Volume is too low
Had these for a month, and biggest complaint is the inability to turn the speakers up. Because of what I do, many times I need to use the speaker phone, and you just can't hear the people on the phone, which makes a phone a bit useless.

Sent wrong number of phones and they didn't work
First, I purchased 4 phones and only received 2. When I tried to get them to connect to ring central, they would not connect. I spent 3 hours on the phone with ring central until they told me I would have to contact the manufacturer. Now I have to pay for the return. Do not buy!

The phones work as advertised but the shipping packaging leaves a lot to be desired.
When the phones arrived, they were poorly packaged, and the outer box was crushed. The box looked like it was taped by a 2-year-old and some of tape was coming off of the package. Fortunately, none of the equipment was damaged. Once setup the phones work as expected with my PBX.

Not Yealinks best
For the most part they work will. Programing them can be finicky going back and forth from the "HUB" and then to the VOiP provider is a pair, especially it the unit isn't charged. The worst part is the charging stand. the unit does not clip-in it just rest in the cradle and the slightest touch causes it to fall out. You have to make sure it is seated or it won't charge.
