I bought a set of these with champagne flights that came with the shaft protector many months ago, still use the same shafts! I now have this shaft system on all of my sets. Keep in mind you will have to buy champagne flights to be compatible. These have threaded beautifully on all of my dart barrels and rarely do I have to twist them to tighten (not using an O-Ring)
