I use it for when I have to go to walmart pickup 25 minutes away from home. It works just fine. Stuff stays cold in there all the way home.

I got this because its been 100+ degree weather and I needed something to put my groceries in that would keep them cold until I get home. I suspect a real ice chest would do a better job, but this has the advantage of folding up when you don't need it and not adding much weight. It is *very* large. It is so large that if I have groceries in it, I'm not going to carry it into the house, but instead take the groceries out of the bag. If full it will be too heavy for me. If you are using this for something like pizza delivery, this shouldn't be an issue because cardboard and air will be taking up a lot of the space. But frozen food can be heavy. Also putting ice in it would make it heavy and awkward. Collapsible is good for storage, but a little bit annoying when you are putting stuff in it. It is manageable albeit a bit floppy. If I had my druthers it would have some structure but still be collapsible and light weight.

The media could not be loaded. Honestly, I was skeptical. Too many times, I’ve bought (online) bags boasting large capacity like this one to find these items were the size of a shoebox. I was looking for a bag that was extra large capacity for safe transportation of frozen and refrigerated food. The drive from the store to the house is one hour so I needed a way to keep food safe.I’m excited to report that these bags are massive in size and they kept adequately cold for 15 hours, reducing to cool over the next few hours. I placed a large bag of ice in the cooler bag and sat it outside on the porch (in the shade) in 90+ degree weather, all day and all night, for a full 24 hours. I checked it every few hours to watch progress. At 15 hours there was still a large supply of ice. At 24 hours, still a little ice and the cooler bag was still noticeably cool inside. Though, I’d call prolonged storage at that temp unsafe.The capacity is fantastic. This cooler bag will hold massive amounts of food. Four frozen pizzas barely took up a small corner of the bag. Add in fruit, fresh veggies, pudding case, yogurt, butter, 2 pound cheese brick, 4 laughing cow cheese wheels, two half gallon milk jugs, two small boxes of sliders, four bags of frozen veggies, a ten pound bag of frozen chicken, large bag of frozen chicken patties, another large bag of frozen chicken nuggets, four pounds of hamburger, two packs deli meat, 2 packs sliced cheese, and more I’m just not remembering. Plus, I still had a little room. It was insane what I fit in this bag.It’s lightweight fabric with the reflective lining. It has handles and additional exterior pockets. It zips completely shut and when not in use, it completely collapses for storage. I whole heartedly recommend this cooler bag for everyone. I will be buying more. The price is far less expensive than hard-side coolers of similar capacity. Additionally, this cooler is significantly more convenient because of it’s minimal space consumption when not in use.Side note: While there is a waterproof fabric covered piece that is designed to add stability in the bottom, the bag is not stable when carrying. I definitely would not trust it to carry any items that are not properly sealed in leak-proof containers. Additionally, as I’ve thawed in this bag, it soaks through the seams to whatever it is left sitting on. Don’t sit it for prolonged periods on anything that can’t withstand water.

I should have paid closer attention to the size of this bag, totally my own fault.It's HUGE....measuring 23X15X14", it can hold a ton of food, which makes it difficult to carry as there really isn't much support inside the bag.My original intent was to use this out on our boat rather than lugging a big cooler along. I thought I could load it up with drinks and food and drop it into one of the storage compartments with a bunch of ice packs inside to keep everything cold.....it's just too big to use for what I wanted.We now keep it in my wife's SUV so when she goes food shopping, she can just open it up, drop in the cold items and zip it closed and then drive home....keeps the frozen items cold very easily.It's holding up very well and no problems with it so far.

Positives:* The cooler (empty) is very light, which is helpful if you need to load it with heavy stuff and carry it.* The cooler has a huge capacity. See the photo with 4 one gallon jugs of water, two 2-liter bottles of soda and a half gallon of juice, at which point the cooler was only half full. This load far exceeds the advertised 26 pound weight limit, but if the cooler will only sit in your car trunk (and will not be carried), I suspect that weight limit does not apply.* Being soft-sided, the bag can fit into tight areas. Many coolers of this size are rigid, which means you cannot squeeze or shrink them down in size.* Having two sets of handles, rather than one, provides greater flexibility for how you carry it.Negatives:* Being soft sided (and the bottom is only somewhat rigid), the cooler lacks sufficient rigidity when you hold it by the handles on the far sides. The photo on the right shows me holding the cooler with two 1-gallon water jugs in it (at 16 pounds, this is well below its claimed 26 pound weight limit). To its credit, the cooler mostly keeps its shape when carried by the handles on its near sides (see center photo, holding two 1-gallon water jugs). This might not be important if you are only carrying rigid or durable items like water jugs or bags of ice, or if you leave the cooler in your car trunk after a shopping trip, but it might cause a problem if you load it with something delicate, like a cake or pie in a disposable foil pan.* Due to the cooler's large size, you could be tempted to fill it up, at which point you will wish that it had wheels (it does not), as do other coolers of this size.Bottom line:If you only will use this cooler for food storage in your car trunk (such as after a shopping trip), or to hold items that do not require a rigid cooler (see Negatives above), this cooler can provide an affordable, huge capacity to keep your perishables and cold items cold.
