TempPro TP49 3 Pack Digital Hygrometer Indoor Thermometer

As you can see from my photo, they are VERY consistent with each other. The temperatures indicate within 1 degree of a very accurate thermometer of mine. As for the humidity levels, I have no other hygrometer with which to compare readings. But since they're so consistent, and based on most reviews, I suspect they are accurate, or at least very close. Readability is excellent if there is good DIRECT light on the screens. However, in a not-so-well-lit room the readability falls sharply for my older eyes. Even in a relatively well-lit room, the display isn't so easy to read if it faces away from the light source. There's a convenient push button on the back to go from Centigrade to Fahrenheit, or vice versa. Back there you'll also find a convenient fold-down kickstand, and a plenty-strong magnet to attach the device to steel and/or some magnetic stainless steels. I particularly appreciate that each of these are powered by a common, easy to find, AAA battery. So, I'm able to use my rechargeable Tenergy batteries - also bought here on Amazon. I can't yet comment on how long a rechargeable will last, especially since they are 1.2 volts, not 1.5 like non-rechargeables. But, with a freshly charged one, the display is just as distinct/sharp as with a standard 1.5 volt battery. So, I feel I can honestly recommend these for price, function and convenience. However, long-term reliability still remains to be seen. I will update this listing as time passes to let you know if they are holding up as well as I would hope. UPDATE: I've had these for over 2 years now, and they continue to work perfectly - even out in my hot, or cold, or hot and humid open-air sunroom! It turns out that 1.2-volt Tenergy rechargeable batteries keep each unit working great for a few months at a time before needing recharging. But be aware that the display all but disappears if it's kept in a freezing cold place, like my sunroom in winter.

I bought these for my 90 year old mother and she loves them. Old people like the temp and humidity numbers! She placed them all around her place and she’s thrilled to know what’s going on.

OMG, I have rarely been so delighted with a product. These are smaller than previous temp/hum meters I have bought. They are about 3 inches square but easy to read. Come with a single AAA battery for each. It starts right up with one button/one push for C or F. You can wall-mount or use the slide-out stand. It is perfect, all for about $7 each. I hope they last. If they do not I will edit this review.

Overall I like these meters. Did find different readings in the house, so decided to put them next to each other. Refer to the photo - after waiting an hour got these results. The temp reading within 1 degree - Good!. The humidity reading had a bigger "gap". The question becomes "what is the actual humidity?" Each unit is reporting a different humidity level. The cost of these is reasonable so I am "OK" with a 4 point swing in the humidity level.

These are my favorite tool for monitoring humidity in my home and even put it into my crawl space, very accurate and last a long time. Buy multiple!

Just purchased the 4 pack of the Tempro digital Hygrometer/Thermometer. Installed the batteries and let them sit side-by-side for a couple hours and as the picture shows, temperatures were within a half degree and humidity within 1% of each other. Then set one outside on a screened in porch on a window ledge and checked it's readings vs the National weather service website several times and temp/humidity were within a couple points on both readings. Very pleased.

I ordered three Doqua brand and this 3 pack of Tempro brand thermometers. Tempro all three showed same temperature in same location so I could compare accuracy of both brands. The Doqua did not all three same temperature with one more than 3 degrees off the others. Buy the Tempro brand

Very accurate, small and compact, and I love that it also tells me the humidity. Great product for a good price!

These hygrometers work great! I have them placed throughout my house to monitor the temperature and humidity in different rooms. The displays are clear and easy to read at a glance, and they provide consistent, reliable readings. They're compact, easy to set up, and perfect for keeping an eye on indoor conditions. The three-pack is a great value since I can monitor multiple areas of my home. I'm very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend them.

I hate reviews. I’ve only had these 4 units for a few hours but I’m impressed that each unit matches the others for temperature and humidity, after they settled down after energizing. That is impressive. My career was spent in instrumentation, test equipment and quality control. These are not laboratory instruments but well worth their cost for use around my house.

I have purchased these over 10 times and I like them. They are used in a Juice factory. Pros -They appear very accurate. -Battery lasts a decent amount of time. Cons -They are not water proof, and don't hold up well to high humidity. -Does take several minutes for thermometer to report current temp and humidity. Although. this is expected and not really a large fault. Summary -I recommend.

Fantastic little gadgets. We placed all 3 throughout our basement to monitor humidity and they've been great. Love the option of Fahrenheit or Celsius.
