The Reset: The Philosophy of Capitalism

Atypical Peasant
This book is the scariest book I’ve ever read. I felt physically ill reading it as it ripped the traces of doubt away that made it easier to get through the days. It removed my ability to retreat back into normalcy bias. This book isn’t for the light-hearted. This is for those strong enough emotionally that they can use it to chart their own future, and maybe, just perhaps, be a part of the solution. Many know that the global debt that is owed is unpayable; however, looking at it from a complex system perspective gives you a different picture. Like in the movie “Passengers”, when a small damage left untreated becomes critical and disastrous all at once. By treating one part you can’t know the affect on other parts of the system. Could this be leading us to total system failure? (Or is it more similar to what’s written in “The Fourth Turning” where we usher in a new era of becoming?) Destruction and creation are determined by the human spirit and the invisible hand, which are amazing. We’ve made money a root chakra issue. (But does it have to be?) The reset will be incredibly painful, especially for those who are totally unprepared. TEOTWAWKI comes to mind. But will this serve to remove the illusion and change the Matrix-like world we live in for the better? I started with this last book, but now I am reading the first and second books of this trilogy. This book is only for those who really choose to know the truth. It will cause anger and depression, and it cannot be unknown after reading it. You will either curse or thank the writer. I say thank you, even though my odds seem slim. "I walk by faith…"

A fly on the wall of the Reset planners, this book is unlike any other
This the third copy of the same book I've purchased, as the book expands with new sections each edition. Anyone looking for an inside look at what is coming next and a framework for what is currently being worked out should buy not only this book but as importantly the previous two books of the Philosophy of Capitalism series. The work represents inside knowledge of Capitalists under pseudonyms giving frank opinions and understanding. Insiders in the realm of top level global event steering have written entire chapters and dialogue.Beside all that, the books are simply fun, fast reads, that you will find yourself going back to many times. You will want to give this to your friends and family. You will find yourself buying more copies before it disappears from Amazon as the Reset proceeds. You simply will not find an independent and first hand sourced series like this anywhere else. They dont exist. Its an exciting time to be alive and these books are your companion. If you ever wanted to be a fly on the wall of power, buy these books before they disappear. Really.

Answers some pressing questions.
Putrid sources information from genuinely original sources which are hard to access for most Americans. He has arranged their points of view with his into a form that leads the reader from where they are to the point of caution and clarity for where the economy is going. His point of view is rather harsh, which won't appeal to everyone. Personally straight talk like his is more needed now than ever. I appreciate his business approach to economy, politics and inter-personal relations. One of his questions in the book has had me thinking a lot lately, "Who will go without?" That question pertains to the distribution of refined oil products as oil extraction begins to become too expensive. His question is insightful: first the wealthy countries will still have their oil while poor ones slowly start to do without. Then others will do without, until at some point, there will be a lot of damage to those who have the gasoline. At the same time, we are going to find ways to do more without refined oil products. While I am not eager for the Reset, as some are, I feel better prepared for having read Putrid's insightful treatise.

Brevity is the Soul of The Reset.
Unlike many other readers, this entry is the first I've read in Cathal's three-volume series. For the studied geopolitical and macrofinancial student, some aspects of this book are a refresher course - for example, the technical breakdown explaining Peak Oil, the necessity of usury to expand the balance sheet of Capitalists in perpetuity, or the importance of Gold among The Families (and thus, all of us). But even these more rudimentary analyses are presented with charts and statistics codifying long-held beliefs.Where The Reset truly shines is in its commentary from pseudonymous power brokers; war gaming various scenarios for The Reset, giving insight on cryptocurrencies and their role at The System level, and providing voluminous historical and geopolitical examples to solidify its commentary. Unaware of Transvaal concentration camps in South Africa over Gold? Unfamiliar or understudied on the "Pipeline Wars" in the Middle East and Eastern Europe? Have you followed the Bo Xilai saga and understand its significance?Do you know what a Helot is and how you may soon become one?If you answered "No" to any of these questions, give this book a read. Yes, it's more of a pamphlet than a book, but its punctuated ending is well worth an evening of your time and the small FIAT price of entry.

The Reset
Well researched and written, if you have found this book by the trail left behind by its author then you are exactly who it was written for. Recent events serve to support the thesis. Appreciate what you have and be at peace with yourself and those you care about, how you move forward should become very clear to you.

A prophecy
Now that we are in the reset announced by the WEF this book has become much more meaningful.Putrid is well informed anc connected and is, as far as know, the only person with such an insight about the current situation, from oil depletion to cryptos, finance and war games. An excellent teacher indeed.
