We make carnivore buns for my husband. I can eat them too since they are gluten free. With just a few ingredients we were both pleased with the great taste. Definitely healthier than anything you can buy at the stores. Also can be used for whipped cream, coffee creamer and treats. Great value for the money. Easy to mix in and long shelf life for a quality product.

This was not cheap, but neither is the product! I bought it to make keto hot chocolate mix with and figured I'd use it as a coffee creamer also. My work provides the little Coffee Mate cups and I wanted somthing better without having to keep half & half in the communal fridge. It's very rich and is perfect for these uses and many more. With the long shelf life, I'm sure I'll find all kinds of ways to use it, especially when I'm out of heavy cream. I haven't tried whipping it yet and I may update this when I do. It is an excellent product, and I feel it is worth what I spent on it.

I wanted something less processed than the coffee creamer I was using and decided to give this a try...it worked out fine after I figured out I needed to use my small wire whisk to blend it in. It only took a few seconds of brisk whisking to get my coffee perfect...it took no longer than stirring in powdered creamer with a spoon. The taste wasn't like my powdered coffee creamer, which at first I wasn't sure of, but I decided I liked the authentic dairy taste. Another difference is after about 5 minutes my coffee had a slight skim of cream that rose to the top, but I just gave my coffee a swirl and that fixed that. The cream also worked well when I made my simple potato soup recipe, again giving it a quick whisk to blend it in.

Tastes kinda weird in my coffee. Different than real cream . but I will use it in baking.

I reconstitute and leave it in the fridge overnight for cooking (mostly cream soups). It has a weird smell, but tastes just like regular cream. Since I don’t use cream very often, using the powder saves me from throwing out spoiled product.

Wish I hadn't bought 2 of these as they will go to waste. Leaves a weird powdery after taste and doesn't dissolve well with water. There are much better, tastier brands out there than this.

It tends to settle. Going to try processing it with my stick blender.

This is a good, convenient product. I have purchased it several times and will purchase it again. I use this in my morning coffee and have had no issues with it. It doesn't clump up, dissolves easily and has a good flavor. It is a little pricey, but is a dollar less than the one I was using and works as well as the other brand. I will probably continue to use.

It is dry and has to be mixed for the amount you want

Very practical camping to put in coffee ! I use a very small battery mixer to mix it in !

This is a great item that doesn’t spoil and get bad.

I love this product. We don't use heavy cream that often so when I buy it at the store, I end up throwing half of it away. This is so much more economical - no waste at all - and the convenience is excellent. It works in all my recipes. 10 out of 10.
