Dolphin Athletic Shorts for Women 3" - High Waisted Quick Dry for Running Workout Gym Track with Zip Pocket

I LOVE these shorts! I have them in 4 different colors and a couple black ones too. They're super comfy and I love the length. They're high-rise, which is how I like all my bottoms. Definitely worth the price for me. Great quality and I love the one pocket they have. They have a stretchy waistband that fits snug so they don't go anywhere while I jog. I exercise and jog in these shorts all the time! They look so cute on and I love the variety of colors! I feel like they run a little small though. I would size up one.

The shorts are great, lightweight, with built in full coverage panties, and a pocket that is decent. The fabric is stretchy, breathable, quiet, very light, and very comfortable. These are not see through and have good coverage if the inseam is long enough for you. I really like these as running shorts. Perfect for a hot summer. Quality shorts with good stitching etc. The waistband is pretty flattering. These fit like running shorts, meaning that they have a little more poof/stretch in the sides to allow for a long running stride as opposed to a more fitted thigh. They are still comfortable and flattering but if you are just going for a walk, the straight CRZ Yoga shorts in the breathable fabric with the drawstring and no liner are a bit more flattering. The pocket works for me to hold car keys, wallet, dog bags, etc. A typical sized phone would fit, but not a huge one. I love that the pocket has zippers so I don't have to worry about things falling out. I bought both a Large and Medium. Amazon had recommended getting the large. At 5' 10" and 150 lbs, even the medium felt a little big, but I kept them because they were comfortable and flattering for running shorts. I didn't bother to try on the large. Can't imagine going any smaller due to the short inseam.

I’ve reordered these in 3 different colors already! They are so comfortable and flattering. The high waist band is not too tight and the zippered pocket is really handy. This is a tried and true brand for me!

Love these shorts! Perfect rise and length, nice fabric, and really comfortable. I'm taking off a star because there is only one pocket and it's a little small for a cell phone and also is on the left side which I found to be awkward. I'm 5'5" and about 140 and the medium is perfect.

Love these! I’m 5’4 149 pounds. Had Med but went to smalls. Better fit. Thick but soft waste and. Nice length. Not too short. Lightweight. Perfect for travel and morning walks. Wicks moisture. Not sure if they will pill so I’ll be washing on delicate and air dry. Great “dupes” to ALO and Lululemon brands.

Can’t take them off! So comfortable for running and just wearing. Excellent quality. Easy to wash. Light, buttery soft and the Larkspur Blue color is quite eye-catching. The zip pocket is a nice feature. Great for a key or credit card. I ordered three more pair (Cascade Green, Lilac and Hot Pink). Extra bonus is that they were on sale for $5 off during the spring sale. Seriously, I could not be happier about a pair of running shorts!!

I really wanted to like these because on paper they check all the boxes. The fabric feels lightweight and quick drying, and the high waist gives a nice secure feel without being overly tight. They also look cute and sporty, so I was optimistic they would become an easy grab for workouts or even just casual wear. The quality itself is solid, nothing feels cheap or flimsy, which I appreciated right away. But once I actually wore them, the fit just did not work for me the way I needed it to. They sit a little differently than expected and did not feel as comfortable or flattering during movement as I hoped. Nothing is “wrong” with them, they just are not the right match for my body and how I like my workout shorts to fit. Girl, sometimes it is not you, it is just not your pair.

Nice light weight fabric. I tend to buy the brand that has lemon in the name but thought I’d try one of the dupes I’ve been reading about. Love the side zipper. Do wish there was a secret internal pocket or a draw string (fit is ever so slightly large but I like it), but for the price, I will happily wear these. Will buy more ☺️

Las tallas si son adecuadas al peso y altura. Pedí talla S , mido 157cm y peso 51 kg. Este short es cortito , tiro alto (en medio del ombligo) y pensé que me iba a quedar largo por mi estatura pero quedó el corto que me gusta. Quizás para personas altas si les quede muy cortito. Amo la calidad de esta marca, es cómoda y se ve súper bonito.
