Bluetooth connection isn’t stong and disconnects mid typing track pad mouse jumps around page. I returned.

While the case fits, it does not fit securely so every time you pick up the tablet the case presses on the power button and either locks the device or powers it off. If the case fit more securely or had a cut-out where the power and volume buttons are, it would be a much better product. The keyboard that came with it worked great.

The charge depletes too quickly. The backlight is excellent. It requires hitting the keys numerous times for it to function.  Also, when I am typing the words delete from the page and I have to start over.

I purchased this item in February 2023 and it did not last a year. The product has made my Surface Pro charger malfuction due to a surge (im guessing) from the keyboard . As the picture shows the keyboard malfuction while charging

I would like to communicate with the seller to see if it is normal for battery to drain within 10 to 15 minutes, but no contact information has been provided. I am extremely unhappy about this purchase and do not recommend this product.

This keyboard is worthless, I am constantly charging it and it doesn't last no more than a couple of hours. The onboard keyboard on my surface pro y is more dependable.

Have to charge quite often and doesn't come with mouse would rather have one with mouse pad
