In general would be a good mat, good thickness for cushioning, easiyl foldable and therefore good for putting it in a small suitcase (i.e. airplane hand luggage size). However it's slippery as heck even when not sweating a lot, the slightest dampness on your hands or feet will make it next to impossible to use let alone once you've really started sweating due to the exercise.Only usable with a large towel. However due to the nice thickness and the sizw when folded I still give it 3 stars. I'll be using a towel then on my trips...

This is a great mat! I wanted something that was thick but not too thick and this is perfect. It folds easily and quickly. I use it for my Body Pump and Body Flow classes and it travels well. It's not lightweight but I'm ok with that. Also, I purchased it on Amazon and it wasnt' actually from Khataland. When I received it, the zipper was broken on the carry case. I contacted Khataland directly and with no questions, they replaced it for me, free of charge. Hands down excellent customer service. I will definitely be purchasing more of their products.
