Perfect condition!
I was so afraid when I got these that they could have broken in the mail but they didn't they were packaged great, and they're gorgeous! Now I have the princess set and the villain set for my disney kitchen! Oh and as much as I love these because they're so pretty I do want to mention you cannot use in microwave or dishwasher...but I bought plastic plates for everyday use so I wasn't washing so much

Low quality.
Product is cheap and appears to have shoddy quality control. I am surprised these have the Disney name attached to them.
