The fabric of the canopy is very tight, making it difficult to install.

You can align the knob holes first before pulling the canopy. A tight canopy can maintain its shape and allow water to flow down. In the case of heavy rain, it is recommended to tilt the canopy to prevent water accumulation.

The armrest pins don't align, what should I do?

You can loosely fit the screws related to it, adjust the position after alignment, and then tighten them.

Is the cushion thick enough?

The thickness of our cushion is 3.15 inches. The cushion may not immediately return to its original shape after being compressed for a long time. You can wait for a period of time for it to recover.

I want to place the swing on my porch, is that possible?

When the canopy is at 180 degrees, the dimensions of our swing are 65.8"(H) X 78.8"(W) X 46.7"(D). You can choose the swing size that suits your needs.
