This is a really well made speaker/ lampThe sound from the speaker is first class plus, you have the 360° rotating lights all this makes it a great object to have in your lounge / bedroomIt arrived well packed complete with Charging cable a remote control complete with batteries and an instruction bookletNot only is it a great speaker but it is also a beautiful lamp that can be used in the bedroom or living room and would look good in any room in your homeI found it very easy to connect the Bluetooth from my device to the speaker all I had to do was switch it on and turn Bluetooth on on my device and they connected automatically butYou can connect the speaker to any device that is Bluetooth compatiblePlaying music from my phone through the speaker I found the sound was perfect and you can adjust the volume with the buttons on the remote control or the buttons on the speakerWith the battery fully charged which takes approximately two hours you should get approximately 9 to 10 hours playback but would last a lot longer if you just had the lamp in the bedroom and used it as lightAs for the lamp I like the shape of the dome, and when you look at it when it is a light you think it has a frame over the top ( a good Optical illusion ) I found that the remote control worked fine while you are sitting in the room where the lamp is but you can also control this with the buttons that are on the front of the speakerThe lamp has a good selection of light modes for setting the ambience in the room I like the 360° rotation light this really does give you the Galaxy starry sky effect and the different colours makes it a great lamp for a kids bedroom,And to round it all of this is also a digital clock with an alarm function that you can setThis is the first Bluetooth speaker I have had and personally I found the sound quality excellent and the lamp, and the lighting effects really soothing when switched onThis is a great well made product, and would make a great presentJust a few photos of the controls, and colours plus lamp.

The media could not be loaded.  This is very neat night light in the shape of a dome with multi color option and light effects. It's very pretty and can fill the room with fun. We have it in our living room as a night light in case kids come downstairs in the middle of the night and it also has a rechargeable battery so it doesn't have to be always plugged in, which makes it more versatile and portable.It has a clock and you can set alarm but we don't really use the alarm feature. What we do use often is the built-in Bluetooth speaker on the bottom of the dome, which is very clear and can get pretty loud without distortion. It comes with a remote control (and even batteries included) and you can pretty much control everything using the remote control or using the buttons on around the LCD screen.The brightness of the night light can be adjusted when using the warm light color and it has timer function as well if you want to use it by the bed and have it automatically turn off after kids fall asleep, for those who can't fall asleep in pitch dark.The speaker can be played using Bluetooth connection, microSD card full of MP3 songs or using AUX cable from another music player or phone without Bluetooth. It also has FM radio and the charging cable acts as the FM antenna, which is a neat designVery simple design yet elegant and love the remote control for convenience. We also bring it outside to our deck to use it as a speaker to play music when hanging outside. Would make a great gift as it comes with nice retail packaging. Highly recommend it.

I bought this lamp because our old RGB bedside lamp was recently broken. We enjoyed its strong white light and also the dimmable, multicolour effects and therefore hoped this would be a good replacement. The lamp was also advertised to function as a mono speaker and most critically as a digital alarm clock. All in all it sounded ideal.Sadly the reality fell far short.Firstly the brightness of the lamp is mediocre, even when at its highest white setting--certainly not bright enough to read by. The RGB effect is extremely limited as well. I expected the ability to set a chosen hue and intensity but this was not possible. The best you can have is one of six preset colours. The only gradients possible were when it was set to automatically cycle through all potential hues and this disco effect was not what we wanted.In contrast the clock function--in itself--was very good. The digits large enough and bright enough to read without glasses while in bed and the alarm/timed shut-off feature worked as promised.On its face the speaker connectivity is also good. You can link it to a Bluetooth device like an MP3 player or a mobile telephone and play music or--perhaps more appropriately for bedtime--talking books. You can also insert a microSD card into the back and it will play any MP3 files (with a minium bitrate of 128kbs) which are stored on it. The scrub/navigation controls while using this feature are extremely basic but adequate. It is also possible to link the speaker directly to an audio device via a standard phono jack and line. Finally there is a bare bones FM receiver which requires the USB charging cable to be attached in order to function as an aerial.I did not have the opportunity to test the claimed battery life or charging characteristic but have no reason to believe they are other than what the specifications claim.These are the bare features of the lamp and they for the most part (other than the brightness) work as promised. However it is the Bluetooth connectivity which renders the device entirely useless in my opinion.The lamp can be completely switched off. Alternately it can be on with or without the light running. It is only when in the latter state that the clock becomes visible and that the alarm will function. However in this condition the Bluetooth radio is always-on and constantly attempting to snatch a connection within its range. This is incredibly inconvenient as it will grab the first device it sees, whether that is your mobile telephone, a music player, your kindle, a laptop or anything else--and there is NO WAY to stop it without switching the whole thing off! Therefore if you want the light or the clock/alarm then you have to put up with it interfering with Bluetooth devices throughout your home or even your neighbours if the walls are thin enough! This state of affairs is pure INSANITY and someone made a colossal error while designing it. The Bluetooth radio needed its own discrete on/off control, but it does not have one. For me at least this renders the lamp totally useless and I suspect many others would feel the same.To sum up, do not buy unless you are happy with a dim lamp whose Bluetooth connectivity is always attempting to connect and interfere with devices around it. However my advice is that you do not buy this lamp at all. I returned mine for a refund within two days of receiving it.

The device has stopped working and I am unsure what to do. I have tried everything I can think of

Both my 10 year old boy and my 11 year old girl got this clock for Christmas, and it has been a hit. Great value for the price. The only issue we have had is the charging cord has broken off. This is no fault of the actual clock, it is simply one of the charging cords that are flimsy, regardless of what product it is plugged into.
